Nothing , the breakfast was brilliant, food was fresh with so much choice. Bedroom facilities including biscuits, bottled water, tea and coffee made our stay more comfortable.

Exceptional owner Julie, went out of her way to ensure that eating out over the week was well organised. Little touches made our stay more comfortable and special.

Amazing breakfast, great choice of cooked/continental options and amazing home cooked dishes. Lovely clean, well presented house with beautiful rooms. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The homemade cookies and Nespresso coffee machine in the room were an added bonus!

Great location. Julie and Jon were brilliant hosts, very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure all guests were happy. The accommodation was first class with the website giving an accurate description of all rooms. The cleanliness was exceptional with lovely bed linen, towels and robes. Wonderful staff, amazing breakfast and impeccably clean. Excellent location for Dartmouth with the most stunning view over the river in the morning! We got engaged during this visit and Julie had made the most delicious picnic for us. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

no mini fridge so had to give us thermos flasks for cold milk (clever though!), could do with a gauze curtain on the windows just for privacy while changing without having to use the blackout curtains, also not to do with hotel but you really need a car for Dartmouth as there are no taxis available on weekends unless you book well in advance!

Everything was so good that leaving was the worst thing.

We would like to thank Jon and Julie for providing the comfort you will not find in many multi-star hotels. Jon and Julie are doing a great job. The room was perfect, spotlessly clean. They thought of very tiny details. The room's view was amazing. The location was perfect. They haven't got a car park but they also solved this problem. They take you to the park and ride in their car for departure and return. Next year we are thinking of going there and staying longer.

The breakfast was first class; both in detail, generosity and quality of ingredients and cooking. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. The location couldn’t be better, literally across the street/on the river Dart with incredible views and great options for al fresco drinks and food, and on the doorstep of all the shops, restaurants etc that Dartmouth has to offer. The whole place has been refurbished to a very high standard and the room was lovely, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

No parking, but guests are taken to and from a park and ride. This is normal for Dartmouth I think

it’s excellent position on the waterfront and near to many excellent restaurants. the property itself has been expertly updated. The breakfasts were top standard.
