Although parking was free on the road opposite the guest house, it was all full on our arrival so had to park in the long stay council parking (just behind the free road) and pay £11.50 for the first night. The second night we were lucky though and parked on the free road.

There was nothing we didn't like or enjoy.

We were really pleased when we arrived - the guest house was full of charm & our room was spotless with nice decor. Honestly the bed was so comfy we didn't mind about not having breakfast on offer as we enjoyed a lie in & strolled into Barmouth for breakfast once we was ready. Lovely host & a definite must if you are thinking of seeing what a beautiful Barmouth has on offer! Thank you so much 😊

From check inn until we checked out was very good, I emailed first to see if could check inn a little earlier due to us coming down for the fireworks and Chris the owner accepted our request, Chris s a lovely guy and made us feel very welcome we stayed in room 4 first floor sea view room , exceptional bay window with excellent views even had bicolours in the room which I thought was a lovely idea, the bathroom was very big considering it's a town house and seafront hotel, it even had a big bath which I loved,the bed was very comfortable could of stayed in it all day if I could 😀, overall very excellent and can not wait to return next year, thankyou Chris for a lovely stay. 😀

The weather wasn't the best, but no reflection on our stay. It was raining, but we're not sugar-coated, so not really a problem.

Ideal location - close to town, beach and railway station. Great accommodation - we were on 1st floor in a spacious sea view room. The room and furnishings were lovely and the bed was especially comfortable. A nice touch was the binoculars on the window sill (as we had forgotten ours!). There was also a small fridge and a fan. The owners were friendly and approachable & always available for anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

My only problem was not having access to a lift for my mum who had mobility issues but we totally get its a guest house.

Thank you Chris and Zelenie for welcoming us into your home. Me and my mum really enjoyed our stay in room 6 and we can see what all the hype is about. Room was immaculately clean, decor was contemporary with a splash of traditional furniture.Beautiful sea view you won't be disappointed. A small fridge was in the room which was handy. An excellent guest house to stay at in Barmouth, easy access to the beach, town and restaurants. No breakfast served however plenty of local options, Look forward to coming again. Thank you.😊 x

The bed was too soft, and the shower was too hot and struggled to get it to be cooler.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Chris and Zelanie gave us a lovely warm welcome. The room was excellent. Would recommend this as one of the best places to stay in Barmouth.

The refrigerator wasn't in the room as a new one had to be ordered, as well as the water pressure from the shower was a bit weak.

The location by the station and beach was very nice, and the owner was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
