Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was a cold day, and the heating was only on very low in the room. It warmed up after I'd worked out how to use the heater, but it could have been a bit warmer to begin with. In particular, there was no heating in the bathroom, so it was very cold getting out the shower, even with the wall heater on in the main room. A heated towel rail in the bathroom would have really improved the overall comfort of the room.
Quick and easy check-in with friendly staff, and comfortable room that was fine for my one-night stay.

United KingdomWhen we arrived we had to walk past a couple of adults who were smoking weed out the front of reception. The smell was very overpowering. Was too tired to say anything at the desk.
Since our last stay a few years ago the days Inn has had an update, it was very clean and comfy, an accessible shower and a good amount of plug sockets.

United KingdomThe facilities in the services for food were not great but they reflect the woeful state of food on offer in most service areas these days. In my view a major plank in any obesity strategy would be an overhaul of food on the go. This is however nothing to do with Days Inn .
This is a budget hotel which offers really good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful the room was comfortable nicely heated on what was a cold night and had all the basic facilities in good condition and in good working order.
