Air conditioning wasn’t great. And there was a huge miscommunication when we extended our stay where they tried to charge me an extra 500 Baht. They also showed me a fake booking.com booking that was under my name but I hadn’t booked. It was sorted and I didn’t have to pay that amount but it’s something to keep in mind.

Pool was lovely- 5 min walk to get too but totally doable. Room had nice decor and a cute balcony. Laundry service was good price, to a high standard and quick. Area of the island was very quite and we had no trouble getting any sleep

The receptionist is often not at reception and the rooms are old.

View Garden Resort was affordable and the pool was amazing.

Nothing… it was as expected for what we paid. Basic but we just wanted somewhere to get clean and sleep every day and that’s what we had plus beautiful views and smiles everywhere

The rooms were located at very high level from ground. Using the staircase which had very deep steps, can be very difficult for old and sick people, especially if someone who has knee pain. And this wasn't mentioned in the description of the resort on Booking.com website. Also, rooms were not cleaned everyday although we had requested the receptionist. No one is available at the reception to receive the customer. You have to call them first to see them. No hand soap in the bathroom.

There was some sort of water or pipe leaking within the wall which caused paint to be flaking everywhere all over our stuff, which was strange, but other than that, everything was great! 10 minutes off the main road, freezing AC and lovely quiet pool

Not ideal if you carry heavy and a lot of luggage since you will have to do a lot of stairs to get there. The view in the room however, is worth it.

The view in the room is amazing, just like in the picture. We liked that it is not in the middle of the center and the noise. It is however a little bit remote. Staff is really friendly.

It is basic, it’s not going to be a memorable place to stay as it’s quite dark in the rooms even with the lights on. It’s also clean enough for a short stay but you wouldn’t eat off any of the surfaces.

Accommodation on Phi Phi is overpriced as it is and we booked this to save some money but also have somewhere to actually stay. the pool you get to use is a short walk up some steps and is really nice with a. great view. Location is about 10 mins from the centre which helps with noise but you can sometimes still hear the bar on the beach going til late in the night (early morning). The uphill walk everyone talks about is fine and not that long. if it’s a hot day you won’t love it but it’s less than 30 seconds, it’s a bit exaggerated by everyone else in the reviews. Air con is also great.

We stayed for 3 nights and for the price we paid the towels/bed wasn’t changed during our 3 night stay.

The location is tucked away, slightly hard to find as not all streets are on maps, but it’s lovely and quiet, you are able to enjoy the Phi Phi night life and coke back to a quiet area and not be disturbed.

There were some noisy people in the opposite hotel. But this is a special case.

Staff is very friendly and kind. The room was clean, there was hot water in the bathroom, air conditioner worked fine.

The position is not in the center, so you have to walk a bit to reach the destination, but has also the pro that you are in a more local and quite area.

The room is very simple, but it has all you need.
