We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe parking spaces are a joke. Not wide enough even for a small hatchback. If you can get into a parking space you’re lucky if you can open the doors wide enough to get out of the car, let alone get children, dogs and luggage out. Also, parking eye have sent me parking fines 3 times when I have stayed for less than 24hours, inspite of registering my vehicle at reception each stay.
Very convenient, being close to A74M. Staff are lovely. Friendly and helpful. Room very nice, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable.
