Breakfast - beautiful breakfast area, great choice of menu - we had the full English it was delicious Room - beautiful decor - lovely furnishings- great tea selection and kettle - the only down side was the room was very cold , The day we checked in It was 13degrees and cold and windy - I know it’s early June but heating wasn’t - we asked if they could switch it on but it only came on if the temperature goes below a certain level. It made the stay uncomfortable sadly as everything else was spot on - would have like a bed side table and a bin - saying that WE would stay again but we would take a little fan heater We did a lovely walk across public bridal ways and footpaths directly from the Hotel approximately 4 miles .

The shower wasn’t clean, the room smelt of paint (not a terrible thing), it was very hot in the room and the fan proved was small and broken slightly, the green exit light made it hard to sleep and they stopped serving food at 6.

Beautiful setting, the garden was lovely, bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious and staff were great.

Don't ask for a quiet room as the stable block outside the pub is less well appointed than bedrooms in the pub itself

A few glitches with the room cleanliness. Lots of dust on the kettle. My dirty towel was picked up off the shower floor by the cleaning person and re hung on the back of the bathroom door. I had to ask for a clean one.

All good no grumbles at all

Lovely room with a huge bed. Very welcoming staff, reasonable prices and great food. Try the club sandwich but only if you are having a light dinner. Friendly locals too, really enjoyed it.

Fabulous staff. All are very helpful and approachable. Particularly manager Dan, the polite young waitress ( whose name I didn't catch), and Harry behind the bar. It was well maintained throughout and well run. Beautiful location.

Emergency light in room too bright and along with uncomfortable pillows made for a restless night. The kettle in the room was still full of old water and there were signs of wear and tear in some furnishings which didn't sit with how the rest of the property was presented. At breakfast there was only menu options and not extra juice or cereal available, if there was it wasn't mentioned. Was only one night stay so didn't deter, but sometimes it's the finer details that really make the difference.

Beautiful location and building. Lots of seating areas for dining, and very well presented. The gentleman whom I assume to be the manager, whilst being a Blue, was super friendly welcoming and attentive. Excellent evening meal, well cooked and presented and very tasty, good options too.

Room was small but very comfortable. Our welcome was exceptionally good with a complimentary coffee. Dinner was excellent and so was breakfast. Also plenty of parking.

We would only ask for an outside bin area for dog waste to make our stay a little easier.

We loved everything about White Hart. Beautiful bar/pub area, very friendly, amazing food & great value. Our dog was made more than welcome, he was a VIP for the stay. The shower was extremely powerful and the heating really efficient. Annex No6 was our room… it was truly lovely.

The room key was quite hard to take out of the lock but otherwise hard to fault.

Meals both breakfast and dinner were delicious- thoughtfully prepared with high quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room clean.

Had a bath. Nowhere to put soap. Husband had shower but the bath screen was a little short so los of water on floor.

Very good. Would have liked some fruit or fruit juice.
