The mattress was very thin, not the most comfortable. The room was also extremely small but it wasn’t an issue for us.

There were some noises in the room that was waking us up. There is just a glass wall between the room and the bathroom so you really need to be comfortable with your roommate. Also, turning on the light in the bathroom is visible in the room so it would wake up the other person.

We booked a room without the window but we got a room with a window that has a view of an ancient church. Location was superb. Everything was clean.

the glass between the bedroom and bathroom took away alot of privacy - which was fine for us but take into consideration if you are staying with friends. To check in you needed to show your ID and that wasn't specified on the booking so when my boyfriend arrived first and tried to check in he was denied access. would have been nice to have been notified of that so he didn't have to fill time waiting for me to get there after work.

I booked this room to sleep in after a planned night out in london. Fit for purpose. Nice room in a great location, easy to find and we felt really welcomed. have glass inbetween the shower room and bedroom was abit weird but i've seen alot of hotels like that and I was staying with my partner so i wasn't fussed but definitely something to consider if sharing a room with friends here.

The location is quite central and close to many amenities. Walking distance to the river Thames and lots of night life and activities. Our room was just right for a night out but no longer than that.

The air conditioning unit was broken and unable to be repaired whilst I was there, but the staff were very responsive/supportive and arranged for an excellent tower fan to be used. It was perfect and didn't take up much space either. The fact they resolved the issue within about half an hour was truly excellent.

The room was ample for overnight accommodation, ideally placed in the centre of London and the rooms were very clean, well stocked and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and eager to help/advise wherever possible.

Room is very small compared to the average. Consequently, TV is too close to view from the bed. Too little space to work on the laptop. Too little space for toiletries and luggage storage. Bed mattress is too soft and I am less than 70kg.

Booking.com's website to change room type on an advanced booking - not clear how to do this and should signpost to customer service. The Z City Hotel were much more approachable and helpful.

The staff were incredibly helpful. I'd made a mistake in my booking and they went above and beyond to help me, including liaising with Booking.Com.

Great location, close by to the tube and lots of historical places of interest. Modern hotel, purposeful with good amenities. Paid extra for breakfast, very tasty and great value. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean and would recommend and return for future trips

The bathroom was see through into the bedroom, the frosting on the bathroom doors needs to be thicker, my teenage kids don't need to see me on the toilet!

The only thing that for me was not good were the pillows, they were hard for my taste but that is personal opinion. They have 2 per person but with the same hardness.

The room was in good conditions. Compared with other options in London, the room was modern but super small. For some people that can be negative but it is mentioned in advance in the description and photos of the room. Location was perfect. You can walk to many destinations and also there are a lot of options for transport. We didn't interact a lot with the staff but the few times that we talked they were friendly. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but the prices in their cafe were very good. Close from there are plenty of options, coffee chains or hipster cafes too to have some food. a supermarket was next to the hotel.

We stayed in a room with a bunk bed, which is a great idea but the mattress was really uncomfortable. Very thin and hard, but I'm not sure if this is because it needs to be thin to fit the bunk beds so I can't speak on the comfort of the regular beds. Also, there's no plug socket in the upper bunk so impossible to have a phone on charge. Other than that, I don't have any negatives!

The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much and they were friendly and polite. Made my daughter feel really special for her birthday. The staff really were the star of the show! The hotel is in a great location for the theatre, and plenty of bars and pubs in walking distance. The tube station is close too, and only a 5 minute walk for the Thames.
