Was my 2nd time at Z Strand and 3rd time overall with Z, know about the small proportion of the room, but for single traveler no worries. Love the closeness to Covent Garden, options for drinks at night exceptional.

Location wise, the hotel was walking distance within all major attractions and was very convenient for us. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out until it was time for us to leave London. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room was also very cosy for 2 people - I would recommend allowing extra time to pack or to get ready in the mornings.

We paid extra for a room with a window. The window we got looked straight into the next hotelroom which was 30cm away from our room. We had to keep our blinds closed at all times and the window also didn’t open.

You couldn't set temperature below 18c which was too warm for a room with no window. Air con could have been better.

Entrance to the hotel was hidden. You can’t get a cab because they aren’t allowed to stop in front of the hotel. So, if you have suitcases, you will have to walk a couple of blocks before you can catch a taxi. They stored suitcases out in the dining room, where guests walked in and out, which did not seem very safe. Bathroom has a glass door, and you can hear everything.

The price was good. The room was okay (small). Location is good. The room is cozy, and decoration is minimalist and modern. Staff were nice.

The location was excellent in regards to the Vaudeville theatre which was the main purpose of our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful and although the rooms were very basic, we both slept extremely well and they served their purpose

Amazing location right nxt to Charing Cross and National Galleries, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, room comfortable and clean and has a great street view with little noise. All in all great value for solo travellers looking for a centrally located, no-frills short stay.

We were next to the cleaners cupboard, we did find them to be quite noisy, starting around 7am, we do understand they have to do their job but on a leisure break you don’t want to woken too early.

The hotel accommodated for my wheelchair at short notice, they upgraded me to a disabled room which was most helpful.

For what the Hotel was advertised it was good. The room size, of course, is small given that it is at center of the city.

The room does feel a bit small at first. I wish there where some storage shelves in n the room above the bed etc. for a book or placing some personal items.

Great location, very central and close to West End. We slept really well here and the room was done up every day.
