1) I requested an airport pickup days prior but no one was there when i arrived. I had to call the office to arrange one which they did but I ended up going with the wrong driver because both cars were black. In the end, I had to pay an extra $20 US for the inconvenience of the driver. 2) My bed was low on one side.

The place was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was really good and the chef is working on changes/additions to the menu. My room was clean and close to the pool which i quite enjoyed. It's only five minutes walk to Grand Anse beach also and to the supermarket, mall and other places to eat. Getting a maxi or bus to town is also easy and about 5-7 minutes walk to the main road.

Excellent value. Though facilities were 2 or 3 star, the apartment was spacious, had a balcony, and was setup nicely, with very comfortable beds. We had travelled from US and did not have the right electrical socket connector but front desk provided it free of charge. They also provided a lock for safe upon request. Kitchen was not stocked with any supplies but was well equipped — with electric tea pot, coffee machine, toaster, gas stove, microwave, and full sized fridge. Bathroom shower pressure was a bit weak but manageable. Air-conditioning was good. Overall cleanliness was good — rooms and kitchen were cleaned daily. They also allowed a very late checkout without any hassle. Location was good too - 2 min drive from Grand Anse, which is an amazing beach. Hotel provided beach towels upon request. Lots of restaurants near by (very short drive) — really liked the food at Caribe Sushi.

There aren’t aren’t streetlights along the road so if you are walking at night just be careful and use a flashlight/your phone light.

The staff at this hotel are really friendly. The hotel is a little bit older but is clean and comfortable and good value for the price. Had good wifi so I was able to work remotely while I was there. It is a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants and to Grand Anse beach.

We loved the service and staff! Everybody is so friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with our fridge/freezer and it was dealt with swiftly. We loved the location. It was close to the beach, shopping malls, restaurant and public transport. We loved that the apartment was a good size and the kitchenette had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home.

Based on put short stay, there’s nothing I can find to dislike.

Location, professionalism of all members of staff we met on our overnight stay. They were very friendly. The last time I stayed the restaurant was independent to the Siesta so to see that it’s now run by the hotel is a very welcome asset. The menu is extensive, with plenty choices. We enjoyed the breakfast before we left for the Osprey to sail up to Carriacou.

There are too many stairs and hills which made it difficult to maneuver the suitcase. The breakfast was disappointing at times as key ingredients were not available.

A bit outdated but for the price n location n staff, that could be overlooked! Specifically the toilets are really low, not a problem if you don't suffer from any disabilities or aches N pains. Plugs not close to the bed can be annoying.

The staff here was so amazingly friendly on arrival, on passing by and on departure. It was really genuine. Grenada is not the most customer friendly country, so it felt great to be treated in the way I treat others.

The only slight negative was my room was at the back of the hotel on steep hill.

It based in great location 8min walk to Grand Anse Beach and 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport. Staff and were very friendly and helpful and the hotel has lovely gardens and pool.

Restaurant closed at 3.00pm and didn't serve any alcohol at all times. The food was fab, even if service was a little slow at times, staff polite and attentive, the local juices were refreshing also

The bed was huge and marvellous to spread out in and comfortable. The bedroom was air conditioned and you had enough space to hang your clothes. The front room was very hot and I didn't think the air con in there made a difference. I would stay here again no problem 😁😁 The staff were always friendly and polite, They were happy to go the extra mile. Having a pool to use was good and Check in was simple and easy

The first time the room I got was too high up (building) making a walk to the beach difficult as I have hip and knee pain from a car accident. I was unfamiliar with the hotel and did not know the layout. Next booking I asked for and was given a more accessible unit. Also, the first room had no teas , no water which I did not miss because I did not realize that they were missing until I booked a room the second time..An oversight I am sure.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Stayed 3 times during March and April..Rooms were clean and fairly comfortable. The grounds are beautiful.First time in March, the location of the room was at the highest elevation.
