Very convenient location. Great breakfasts. The room is clean and very cozy. And the staff is incredible, the administrator helped us during a real mess when we left our camera on the train when we arrived in the city, thanks to him we got the lost thing back.

There is no elevator, you have to climb the stairs. It didn't cause any inconvenience to us, and the staff helps to carry lugagge if needed.

The staff is very very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked properly.

Amazing really. Price is good, location is perfect. Reception is amazing. Breakfast was also great. Near Argo Cable Car and the beach. Very cozy rooms. Very nice design, both air conditioner and heater works perfect.

It's a really nice facility. It is right in the heart of the city. It is walking distance to everywhere. We made a last minute reservation around 21:00 in the evening and they accepted us very quickly with a smile and without any trouble. The room we were given was quiet as it was a room facing the back, not the street, and we had a comfortable sleep. The room had a TV, water boiler, mini fridge with water (free of charge). There was no noise from the corridor. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, you will be well fed. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

It feels like you're staying at a friend’s house.The staff are so kind and friendly. Room was so clean and room service was good. It provides you kitchen facilities and some dishes to cook. Breakfast was perfect, especially omelets which were cooked by a nice lady who always smiled. The location is great and you can reach all the attractions by a short walk.

My stay at Boutique Hotel 32 was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by all the staff members. They were incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic breakfast offered at the hotel. Not only was the food delicious and varied, but the service provided by the women working in the breakfast area was amazing. They were incredibly kind and welcominge. The reception staff also deserves praise for their outstanding hospitality. They were consistently friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Location-wise, Boutique Hotel 32 couldn't be better situated. It's within walking distance to the sea and key attractions, making it convenient for guests to explore the area without hassle. Overall, my experience at Boutique Hotel 32 exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't expect this hotel to be so perfect. It has the best shower I've ever seen, the room itself is equipped with safe locker, good beds, fridge with water. They even provide bathrobes. The breakfast is excellent as well.

The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking in the old Batumi. The quality of Wi-Fi is good. I recommend to book a room on the fourth floor with terrace if you can climb the fourth floor on foot. The staff is very nice. The room was clean.

An elevator would have been nice for ease of suitcases but stair exercise is good for the body.

It is a very interesting building with old style architecture. The people that work here are exceptionally kind and caring. What ever you can ask for they will try their best to please.
