Some strange smell in room 404 (not in the bathroom), like an old, but strong perfume and keeping the window open was not enough to change it. Lack of mosquito net (there were no mosquitos in April :-), though). It was not necessary (and environmental not friendly) changing all towels. soaps and shower gels every day, like they did. I've just unpacked a soap in the evening that would have been enough for at least 3-4 days, and the next day I've got a new set from all only-once-used equipment.

Good location, close to Tbilisi funicular and the National Parliament, close to National Galleries and to Galleria Mall, Nice breakfast. good internet, comfortable bed, clean. The hotel provided airport transfer on time. Also provided ironing table and iron. A hotel to count on!

I liked everything

The location of the hotel is excellent: 5 minutes from the central square and 10 from the old town. At the same time, it is in a quiet and peaceful place. We were in a room with a huge terrace with a nice view. The room size was also excellent. The breakfast was wonderful.

We think that the hotel needs to improve the following to have a better services : 1.Add Bidet Faucet in your Toilets. 2.Better to include removing all used plates and utensils during room cleaning.

The exact same breakfast for 9 days was a not good. Also most food was very cold and they have no heating facility close by. The bathroom didn't have bidet or shataf which was menssioned in the description of the hotel. Also the rooms are not really sound proof and there was a baby in the next room who cried and screamed a lot

The location of the hotel was really good just few minutes walk to Liberty Square and a mall and the fact that they have parking on sight was a deciding factor for us. The rooms were not very big but enough for 2. Most of the staff was helpful and spoke English

Small bathroom, the restaurant is serving only breakfast.

The hotel is at the center of the city, easy to get around by walking to the metro, busses, restaurants, shoppi g center and the museum. Good breakfast, variety of food. Very helpful team at the reception. We were happy to start there for 4 days during our holiday.
