Junior suite with sofa bed was not my expectation . No sofa bed there . I mention this to the staffs. And also, no hot water available on shower

The hotel is quiet old but the room is huge, clear and comfortable. I got a price of Rp 550,000 including breakfast for 2 person. With this price, there's nothing to complain about. I am satisfied with the service, the breakfast also has many variations. Overall I am satisfied and will come back here.

- We come after 2 pm but we still have to wait more than 30 minutes for the room to be ready - one of the restaurant staff for breakfast was very rude, she insist that we exceeding the number of people and after we clarify and she is proven wrong, she didnt even say sorry/apology

We love all the outdoor facility, more than one pools and great area for exercise, the garden also beautiful. There are also kid’s bicycle to play with for free, kids are so happy

Lobby indication not inside lift push botton. Bed and pillow too soft. Toilet flushing not close automatically coz water wasted. Bath towel too old.

The room is not so good. Older sheets and towels. I was very disappointed that the TV was extremely bad. No news channels, no movie Channels and poor quality screen difficult to watch.

this hotel has a big room, a good swimming pool, a vast playground, and is near the supermarket and restaurants. The staffs are very friendly/amicable and helpful.

The cleanliness and staff attitude are superb! this actually an old hotel, yet their service is above expectation. Room cleanliness made our day (super clean. I have informed them that my kids are allergic to dust and they did clean the room thoroughly). The staff even open their shoes when they made up the extra bed. We also love the welcome cake and complete breakfast (although we had breakfast at 9.40 am). All staffs are polite and informative.

The door double lock was broken and need sometime to fix the door which is inconvenience. The towel seems very old thus not as clean. Minimal sanitary products served.

I like that they have hot water and television in the room. They also have balcony that I have not used. The good thing is they also provide early breakfast by request since i need to leave very early in the morning.

The room wasn't ready at 3pm when me and my friends checking in. . The didn't add my daily water, because i dont drink.. weather i drink or not, its supposed to be keep on added. . They forgot to place clean towel at my room, so i had to call the room service at 11pm, they said it was because of lack of staff and fully load occupancy.

Very less breakfast option for vegans. The property stilll have old fashioned chairs, table which makes sound if you sit or keep something on them.

the hotel already very old. badly need to be renovated. I slipped in the bathroom and the shower curtain and its pile fell and it down hit my head. the bed was bad, the towel was worn badly. the aircon is not working properly. the room was not soundproof. the water cook doesn't work at all.

Dirty towels. Damaged bath tub. Hot water was not working properly, it took too much time to get the water warm. The water pressure in the bath tub shower was low. No elevator to access the upper floor. Dirty pillows with lots of stains. Old furniture. Electrical plugs blocking the view to the TV. Dirty stains on the walls and ceilings. Towels were not provided in the room during check-in, had to call the reception twice to get them delivered to the room.
