Lift and noise from the street.

Great location - close to everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Hotel nicely decorated, room large, very good bathroom facilities (hairdryer, toothpaste and toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel). Large terrace. Good working air conditioning.

lack of card payment is a minus, cash is needed and receipt is not given. shower was not working well in the first room we had but changed the day after as we let the manager know. second room we had was better. suggest bringing flipflops as the floor does not look that clean.

3star avarage hotel in center of Kutaisi. you get what you pay for, basic breakfast and a room. location is pretty close to the center.

the bathroom was clean but the shower was broken, it lacked one sliding door so that the water splashed on the floor.

The hotel, despite looking like it was newly (and incompletely) refurbushed in recent years, seems to have fallen on hard times. The service (and standards of maintenance) do not match the stylish yet somewhat patchy decor and features. Wifi was iffy, bathrooms unimpressive, no promised kettles in rooms, aircon controls unresponsive, staff often nowhere to be found when you needed them, room lighting poor, and bed clothes and towels somewhat weathered. Breakfast was so-so. The lift sounded like it would fall off its tracks. It all needs a bit of work - as there's very little attention to detail. Oh, and they don't accept payment by card.

First impressions are good. Big rooms, a newish hotel, and some impressive decor. The location is also good. Rooms on 4th floor at the front also have a very nice terrace.

No fridge and broken furniture.

Breakfast was good and filling. The hotel is located very centrally. It has a potential to become a higher-class hotel, just needs some touch ups like, repainting (rooms and hallways), repairs on damaged furniture etc. TV, Fridge in the room. Linen and towels were clean. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The guy at reception during the checkout time was super rude. He is not at all accomodating or helping. TV was.not working , Fridge was not connected and old. No card payment is available, which was not mentioned before. The staff was literally pushing me to pay cash during checkout and did not help us in any way.

The fountain was just 5 min walk down the road. Free street parking available. The lady staff were accommodating and well mannered. The guy during check-in time was good. The balcony is a plus for sure.

The internet was very slow or it was missing at all. We were placed on the floor 4, where you have big wall windows with no balcony, while we have kids and actually the hotel was almost empty.

I liked the location of the hotel, everything was superbly close. The room itself was spacious and big enough to host five people. The breakfast was also very good, some fruits were missing, but still. At the last day we had a very early-morning transfer and got a packed breakfast to take with us.
