Everything was perfect for us. The fact that they have not yet got to serve breakfast did not worry us as we prefer our own yoghurt and granola anyway. Some others have commented on the lack of breakfast,but we are told they are not far off providing it.

This guesthouse is relatively new and everything is well appointed with a beautiful large and comfortable room with lovely views of the mountains. Minimalist and tasteful furnishings with everything working well and spotlessly clean.It is well positioned with an easy walk into the centre of Kazbegi for restaurants etc. Natia and the rest of the staff were very friendly and tried desperately hard to please us.

The hotel is ina brand-new building, the room was spacious, the bathroom luxurious, and the staff would go above and beyond to help with any needs. They really went out of their way every time I asked for help. Highly recommended!

It is a newly built accommodation, clean, every room is beautiful, the staff are smiling and cheerful. If we forgot the key, they were very helpful in finding it, coming in to greet us with a polite and cute voice. Will recommend friends to stay here.

Absolutely nothing great value

The hotel is new so everything was of a high standard. We had the room with a balcony definitely worth the extra. Room was well furnished nice en-suite and super clean. Season not in full swing so no breakfast offer but plenty of places near by and access to coffee and tea 24/7. Staff very helpful. Outside seating. Hotel non smoking a rare find

The property felt very new- beds were super comfy and the room was clean. Yulia was very friendly and offered us free fruit and porridge- there is also free tea and coffee. The location is walkable to the mashrutka stand and also up to the church. We had a lovely view of Kazbeg and a balcony!

We recently stayed at the GRAF and was thoroughly impressed. The room offered an awe-inspiring view of Mt. Kazbeg, making every moment memorable. The receptionist went above and beyond, providing excellent restaurant recommendations that enriched our dining experiences. Wish the cost of b fast was more reasonable. The 35 Lari per head seemed to be a deterrent. A simple bfast at a reasonable cost would be great. Also on one of the days our pizza's were eaten by someone. I know this had nothing to do with the hotel but it left us scrambling for dinner. The pillows were too plump. Wished they had an option to change on request.

The location was stunning. Beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were really helpful . The dining room and kitchen was really useful as the restaurants were in town . The free coffee, tea and filtered drinking water was a great value add. They also helped us launder some clothes. Adequate parking.

I’d love it more if we could have a heating pot at our own room instead of in the common dining room.

It’s a very nice place to stay, especially after the exhausting yet exciting trip to and from the Gergeti Trinity Church. The room has a lovely smell.
