We had such a wonderful stay at Top Floor. This guesthouse is run by a very welcoming family. They were hospitable and super helpful in organizing a driver for a tour around Khaketi. Our room was large, very clean, and the beds were comfy. We also enjoyed the balconies, garden, and their cat Schwartz! Don't hesitate to book Top Floor, it's one of the best guesthouses we've stayed in on our travels around Georgia.

Wonderful building full of character, very clean and well appointed. Excellent location, all the sights and several good restaurants and wineries are within walking distance. We wished we could have stayed longer. Special mention to the excellent breakfast and the very friendly and helpful owner who arranged a lovely memorable day visiting nearby sites (monasteries and wineries). He also speaks very good English. Also do try the delicious wine available at the guesthouse.

Not all rooms have a refrigerator.

We were lucky to stay at this hotel. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and responsive; they allowed us to use their kitchen, and we cooked for ourselves. The hostess also suggested an excellent tourist route, which we took and were very pleased with. The location of the hotel is excellent. A nice bonus is the very beautiful lobby and dining room.

An absolutely brilliant guest house. It is beautiful inside, and the communal areas are stunning. One of the very best guest houses we’ve stayed in. The room was comfortable with all the amenities we could want, parking was extremely convenient, and they were very conscientious about finding out more about my dietary requirements (gluten free). Parking is directly in front and very convenient, and the centre of Telavi is a very short walk away. Host is extremely nice and we really enjoyed staying there. Would highly highly recommend. To find it on Google Maps, simply type in ‘Top Floor’ rather than ‘Guest House Top Floor’

It's a comfy and nice place. Timur the owner was nice, helped us to accommodate, showed us the place, and gave us all we needed to make a BBQ, Top Floor — is an authentic, beautiful place, with its family's story. Great guest house near historical places, a nice bakery, and a good restaurant.

Wonderfully comfortable guest house with super welcoming snd helpful hosts, close to the fortress. The hosts really went out of their way to help me and accommodate our needs. The room was large and the bathroom too. It is the best guesthouse we've stayed at. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

Nice quiet area close walking distance to everything. The family responded to our requests to provide and extra chair for our room and turned on the central heating. Nice family hosts.

The Internet connection was not stable, and sometimes not available in the rooms (may be because of the building specifics)

Marina is just an exceptional host, very friendly, ready to help. She found us a very transfer tour to some Kakhetian places. The house is very beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The bed linen are crispy fresh and clean, very comfortable beds, and warm blankets!

Temur and is family are totally friendly and helpful. He organized a driver from airport, we arrived in the night and the check in was still possible. The rooms are clean and the place is in the center, you can walk 10 minutes to see the main attraction. The breakfast was also ok, with typical products. My advice is to book a daily trip organized by the owners, so you can see wineries and beautiful monsters. Thank you very much! See you next time

The guesthouse is well located, comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed the delightful breakfast, and were very pleased by the very supportive owners. They helped us organising our trip to Tusheti and let us leave our luggage there until our way back some days later. Highly recommended!

Everything was ok.

Place was very nice, clean, close to the main attractions of Telawi. Owner, were absolutely fantastic, open ang friendly. Our room was next to the street nad we afraid of noise but was quiet and very comfortable. We recommend the place.
