Ventilation in the bathroom did not work, hot-tempered neighbors/neighbors cats might have a fight during the night, but this is rather an experience :)

Architectural style and decoration are unique! Lovely balcony to the garden or the street. Location is great and central. Hosts are very kind people! Huge and comfortable bed.

Breakfast is not the best but I guess this depends on personal tastes.

The property is in the center of the city. The appearance from the outside is not the best, however everyone would be surprised once in. In fact, the hotel looks very nice and rooms are big and comfortable. The hotel appearance resembles the Renaissance style. Highly recommended.

It wasn't a huge issue for us but be aware that the noise isolation in an old building like this won't be as good. Again, not an issue for us but you should be aware of it :)

Everything was perfect. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Sofiko (the lady which managed whole hotel was very kind, polite and helpful. The hotel is located just 5’ walking from the old town.

A shame there is no living room area to hang out in for guests. But there is a balcony access.

Large airy rooms. Sofia prepares the best breakfast spread every morning and is super engaging and caring 🥰. She even got worried when I didn’t come home early at night. Also helped me do my laundry which was unexpected 🙏🏽 She is the best asset to the property ! She made my arrival and stay so much better in Kutaisi!

This is a little and very special hotel in Kutaissi. Located in the okd jewish quarter, just 5 minutes from the City Center with the Colchis Fountain. Our host Sofia was so wonderful. Her welcome was so wonderful and heartfelt that we wished we could have stayed much longer. We had a great room with 1 double bed and 2 beds. Very spacious and clean. Big balcony to sit on and relax. Breakfast was nice. Next time we stay longer.

This is our second stay at Veneto Hotel and we enjoyed it as much (or even more) than our first stay last year. We like the location (5mn walk to Colchis fountain), the vintage building and above all the friendliness and efficiency of Sofia who takes care of the place. She's very helpful (she organised a taxi for us for a full day excursion outside Kutaiisi, she booked a restaurant for us, etc). Also, breakfast is good with a choice of different items.

Wonderful, old hotel located on Newport St by the old town of Kutaisi. It is run by the kindest and most thoughtful brother and sister, Nicolas and Sofia. Nothing was too much trouble or inconvenient and they went out of their way to be effortlessly and imaginatively helpful. My words don't really do it justice - it isn't a fancy schmancy place - it just has all the simple necessities plus charming hospitality thrown in just for good measure, Highest recommendation.

The curtains weren't completely darkening, so that it might be difficult to sleep in. It didn't bother us though.

The hotel was located in the city centre. We felt welcome. The breakfast was delicious. Sofia was an excellent host.
