owner of the hotel is very nice and friendly they offer us drinks on our arrival and welcomed us with greetings, room was very clean bath room was clean and in the morning they make for us fantastic home made breakfast with many dishes and they treat us like there family we really like to stay here during our full tour of Georgia this is the best place we stay, every thing is very nice and we appreciate them

the only thing I can complain about is that we could only stay for one night ...I missed the homemade Katchapuri for days...

the host family owning and running the hotel was incredibly nice and helpful! the family made us feel welcome and the smiles never left their (and our) faces. the breakfast was homemade and extraordinarily delicious, the best we had in Georgia (and we stayed in 5-star-hotels as well...but nothing compared with it!). also you should try the homemade wine and chacha ;) the hotel is small and private and we had a lovely time with the other travellers, the place was clean and very comfy, with a terrace with castle view, next to a restaurant offering delicious Georgian food - should we ever return to Georgia/Achalziche, we will definitely stay in Hotel Julia again!

Big and tasty Georgian breakfast, warm rooms(in late December), hot water, everything was clean, hosts were very helpful and hospitable, we were treated with homemade chacha and wine, great location 2 minutes from the castle and the city centre, room with castle view. Hosts offer trips to Vardzia or other nearby tourist attractions. I fully recommend it!

The place was spotless, the breakfast was huge and the owners were super friendly and helpful. They helped us book a minibus to Yerevan, then got up early the next morning to make sure the minibus arrived at 5am and we got on it ok. We were sent off with a big sack lunch to take with us. It’s like staying with family. Really wonderful folks.

Certainly the best hotel we stayed at in Georgia! It is a very small, family owned hotel, right across from the city castle and the owners are very sweet, hospitable and made sure that everything was planned out for our trip around Akhaltsikhe. They even offered us home made wine and delicious treats. The rooms are spotless clean and the breakfast was homemade, delicious and very fulfilling. We will certainly come back during our next trip to Georgia!

We had an incredible stay Hotel Julia ! The hosts were truly amazing, making us feel at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were not only beautiful but also stylish, adding to the overall charm of the place. We were treated to a delicious breakfast that featured local Georgian flavors. The location was perfect for unwinding and immersing ourselves in the local atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Kutaisi!

Great location near the castle. The breakfast was great, there was homemade buns and jam. The host was very friendly, we felt like home during our stay. When we arrived the host offered us homemade wine. I recommend to stay in this hotel if you want to feel the real Georgian hospitality.

We have never received such a warm welcome as at Hotel Julia. We were welcomed with coffee, cookies and home made wine. The owners are lovely and always ready to help out. The rooms are very clean and have everyrhing you need. We had breakfast and we can only use one word to describe it : WOW! Best breakfast we had in Georgia, by far. We can for sure recommend to stay at Hotel Julia!

I have never met such a welcoming, nice, helpful hosts before. I had a lovely time at this guest house. Great view at window, nice location(near the bus station and the castle), cozy, clean room. breakfast was so gorgeous!!! That was my best. Their house wine was also good. I used host driver service to Vardzia(80lari). he sometimes stopped at best camera spots. Really helpful, safe driving.You can see the reason of 10 review once you meet them. I’ll never forget their lovely smile!
