Hotel has its own problems. Rooms look good and rather new but in fact they require additional repair (not renovation!). First we were assigned a room on the 15th floor. But the door-lock didn't work. Then we moved to the 14th floor and there was a problem with window. As we lived not for a long time, we declined next room change and lived as is. But the fact is that 2 of 2 rooms had some issues that were not repaired for a weeks I think. So during the high season It may become a problem.

We upgraded our room to Sea View at the top floor (15 floor) and the view was really amazing! We lived in many hotels in Batumi and I'd like to note that this hotel has one of the best view in Batumi! It is comparable only with views from other high-end 5* hotels. Breakfast was good. Nothing special but it is worth its cost. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. SPA is not big, consists of big swimming pool with warm water, big hamam and sauna. WI-FI was rather good too. Hotel is located near the historical center (5-10 mins of walking)

Breakfast was great with a lot of different options to eat. The room was spacious. It is one of the biggest rooms that I've ever stayed. I stayed at first floor but the view is still good because the room is still above so many levels like casino.

The TV in the room didn't offer any channels I liked, and it wasn't a smart TV so I could not cast to it. This might not apply to all the rooms, But cannot be sure.

The room was amazing. Complete with a Sea view and wifi. The amenities were also great. The entire S floor was furnished with an indoor gym, pool, and spa. My skin never felt much softer and supple.

I asked the reception to provide me an invoice, and they rejected it. Obviously, it's not a business class listing. There are no windows to open.

-Exceptional view, especially at night -The room was spacious, clean, and warm, and the water was super hot 24/7. -The bed was extra big and soft. -The staff was really polite and attentive to all our needs and requests.The fruits,nuts, and chocolate were a really beautiful welcome gift. -The breakfast had a strong variety of savory and sweet choices, and the quality was as expected. -The Hammam was one of the best I have seen, and the spa was not overly crowded.

We booked a superior double overlooking the city and the bay and we were given a very spacious and comfortable room on the 15th floor with fantastic views. Breakfast was very complete and varyied, and could be enjoyed both inside or in an outside terrace. Swimming pool and gym access were included in the fare. Location is very convenient both for the city centre and the train station. Some members of the staff were exquisit while others were a little rusty.

There was one lady Maryam in reception who called me at time of check out and talked to me with no respect to leave the room despite the fact that I have extension till 1. I think some of the staff needs to be trained well to respect customers.

Size of rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Mr Tanseel is a great chief who cooks best food . Location is good. Rooms v clean.

The hotel was at a 5* hotel level, but more on the lower end (which was compensated by a nice price). Breakfast was poor in terms of continental options, and there was only instant coffee available (which was terrible). More was expected from hotel facilities (e.g. a whirlpool, etc.).

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was very nice. Even though we did not have a sea view, the view and the large window in our room were very nice. The staff at the reception was nice, free parking was highly appreciated as we were on a road trip. Overall the staff was okay, though I have already visited hotels with much more cheerful and helpful employees.
