There was audibility between rooms in building 15. The shower room is obviously not new, but without any special complaints

There is a large area with a variety of restaurants, you can rent bicycles, ride a catamaran on the lake, go hiking (in places a steep climb is better to go in dry weather) or just sit by one of the many pools. A place where I didn't want to go to the city

I didn't like that most of the shoes or adventure close early it should stay in tell 10pm because 8pm to early

The lock in toilet was broken in premium room. Also the smoke detector blinks very bright upon the bed and ruins all the coziness.

Fantastic picturesque place! Very comfortable rooms and soft big beds. Hotel employees are very friendly and opened to solve any problem. Lots of activities on the territory: bicycles, horses, water bicycles etc.

Nothing. It would be great if there is an india or arabic restaurant. Currently they have European, georgian, Japanese and Italian restaurants.

Everything is amazing. Great property, rooms, view, well managed, super clean, organised. Bfst is great, different restaurant options Very quite place with different activities. A must visit if you visit georgia

There was an ongoing noise in our room, the master said it is aeration or circulation and cannot be fixed.

The spa could be made bigger with more options and better isolation between males and females and there is no supermarket in a walking distance. The distance between Tbilisi airport and the resort is 2.5hrs by car which is a bit tiring. AC cooling is not that strong so might be challenging during summer.

The nature views of the room, the friendly staff, the location of the resort around the lake is exceptional, food options specially the breakfast and Georgian restaurant, the activities like the water bike, swimming pools, spa, basketball and tennis courts. This resort has everything you could think of.

Everything was amazing, i will try to Listen all i can. Room: we took the executive suite, very big and the location is perfect it is in the middle and close to everything in the resort very modern, only issue the bathtub was not functional (We booked the room for this) but wasn’t a big issue hence we enjoyed the outdoors didn’t have time to sit in bath ;) Make sure you get water bottles from wherever you come from as they have it for 4 Lari, buy some from market and pack it with you hence tap water not drinkable. Restaurants: The Georgian one was AMAZING! You need to try the Kachapuri and BBQ options they have, the wines they have is from their own vineyards in the resort. Oval the Italian was really good with so many options to choose from. Outdoor: i took a hike in one of the trails they have on resort (next to the Spa) it was very very interesting bit dangerous try to inform any member of staff before going Solo or even with friends since the path is very slope and muddy. But AMAZING views on top. Staff: everyone was super friendly and helpful, Sofio the manager was really nice and informative with any questions we had. WE will come back again!

The only thing that needs improvement is the food. The variety was very limited and repeated itself during the meals. There is a need for upgrading the level of food, variety and quality. At the same time, the chef was very kind and welcoming! Additionally, the horse riding experience was quite disappointing. I do not recommend for adults. More suitable for children. From a safety reason, riding is at a walking pace only when a staff member leads the horse on foot. If I had known this in advance I would not have ridden.

Breakfast was v. good, Room was specious. They were great to upgrade my room and accommodate my family. Support the transportation from the resort. The In-door pool is amazing, the Horse riding by the kids were great experience.

The location is the best part, surrounded by mountains and with a serene lake in between. The resort is spread out so vastly the walk in and around resort takes you to different world. The staff are very polite and friendly, to ensure the guest has best experience. Specially Sofia the guest manager and Kate in all day dinning were great and helped us in sorting out our needs. The place has many restaurants to offer and we really loved IKE - Asian cuisine. The place makes you feel you have transited into lap of nature but with luxury 😊😊

The Georgian restaurant

Experience in this hotel was super exceptional. It is located in the middle of nature in Georgia. It’s made of multiple disconnected buildings and the view of each is different. It is really safe because entry exit are well-controlled by security points. There are multiple restaurants of different cuisines. It has up to six swimming pools, kids area, horse riding , fishing, and biking. Around the lake there are multiple areas to sit and have coffee or snacks. The manager and the staff are highly professional, well trained, and polite.

Great resort, refreshingly clean with exceptional service from food to activities and the standard cleanliness of their rooms. Loved their winery tour and tasting. Definitely will return.
