The stairs with 40kg of luggage for me and my wife is a challenge. If there is no elevator it will be helpful if there is some machine to lift the lugagge.

Central heating in rooms (that one we booked and the second one that was upgraded) was switched off when my guests arrived, even though the reservation was confirmed by hotel one hour in advance. My guests upgraded the room that I have booked and paid (107gel) for them, roperty has taken additional (140gel) for upgrade, when the same room (Twin with river view and balcony) was declared cheaper on booking.com.

I was expecting the room to be better cleaned (e.g. the first night we found a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door from the previous guests), and we doubt how well the fitted carpet was cleaned. For a suite in a 4-star rated propery, we would have expected at the bare minimum an empty minibar to chill our water, but we did not. The safe was not working and the bathroom facilities such as the sink and toilet literally wobbled when in use because they got unstuck and left at that. The AC, even if left on a whole night would barely cool the room, and we would more often than not end up remarking about that. Similarly, the wifi was not working properly at all. It worked fine in the breakfast room and in the lobby, but once in the room connectivity would drop down to zilch. Also the size of the bathroom was miniscule in comparison to the rest of the room. Finally, the drapes were getting unattached to the rails and the staff never bothered to fix that.

Incredible view, I do not remember any other property I rented with such a mesmerising view of the old town (we booked a suite), and all of this from a large balcony that ran through the whole length of our room. The room itself was very large and spacious, very well lit with natural light and equipped with heavy drapes for privacy. There were several pieces of furniture which allowed us to comfortably organise our clothes. The staff spoke good English and we found them quite helpful, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, this was quite good value for the money we paid.

It's clearly seen the hotel is pretty shabby and requires significant renovations to match the 4 stars standards. The shower cabin was literally leaking and the stuff did absolutely nothing to fix it or, at least, suggest another room for the whole period of our stay there, which was 6 days. Moreover, for these 6 days we never had our bed linen changed, which is absolute nonsense, taking into account the classic standards of the linen change in 2-3 days after the check-in. Right after entering the room we discovered strange spots on the pillows, blanket and sheets, and now ATTENTION - the house maid suggested just to ignore that, as the laundry couldn't do anything about it. So my linen looks, as if used for cleaning the hotel floors and I have to be fine with that! All in all, I got it changed after expressing a concern to the hotel administrator. And that is, where I, probably, used my chance for further linen change (you can do it just once, baby). Have you ever tried sleeping on a wooden floor? If no, you'll have a chance in this hotel, cause their beds feel exactly like that. So someone smart has suggested a lifehack - right above the matress you will find an old blanket ( most likely used to make your bed softer). Breakfast in the hotel is a separate story. Honestly, it would be much better considering it is simply not included, rather than being shocked with what and how is served. If you are in the search of trash impressions, that might be the place for you.

Nice location in the historical part of the city and that is, probably, all for the positive side of the hotel.

Our receptionist George was fabulous but the other staff in the hotel were not that friendly.Breakfast was disappointing.

The hotel has a very nice location and they did us a great gesture with a tasty amber bottle of wine and cake at the very beginning since it was our fourth wedding anniversary.

My room view was road side, I asked for river view not giving, which was amazing views but it's not mentioned in Booking.com that there's river view, mattress very very hard with spring, shower area was super small can't move inside even there's big area is free outside there shower room but useless,

Very clean hotel and room, location so so. Breakfast not much variety but it's ok, one girl was doing everything in the hotel doing breakfast, clean the tables and rooms very active.

The housekeeping is below par. We were heading out sightseeing in the morning and the lady at the front desk asked if we would like our room made up. We said yes but upon returning the room wasn't touched at all. We also called for an iron. They said that we had to pay to use their laundry facilities. We hired the large suit for comfort but there wasn't even a small fridge or minibar to store anything in. Seriously, a fridge and an iron are the most basic facilities that a hotel should offer. Very disappointed with that.

The beds and bedding provided are very comfortable! I'm very particular with beds and I was impressed!

Their room service was terrible, the TV wasn’t working, and they wouldn’t even change the bed sheets or change the plastic of the trash bin! They put stained bedsheets and didn’t change it for 2 days which was disgusting as I am a very clean person and expected hygienic services since it’s the pandemic or even regardless!

Since it was a 4 star rated hotel, we spent 4 nights in the hotel and it was very disappointing as their breakfast wasn’t very interesting or good. Their room service was terrible and the staff weren’t friendly at all. Although the toilets had Muslim shower which was convenient for us, we expected better and much higher services from the hotel but it disappointed us!

I have booked for two, and at the end, my friend could not be with me. The hotel did not want to change my reservation. I have paid more than I should have. The flexibility is not a quality of the hotel.
