The wifi connection could have been better, however, it was good enough to use for a day's work.

The place, staff, room and food at Pelican were wonderful. The place is peaceful and safe, which was ideal for me since I traveled alone. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was a good size and very comfortable. And the dinners there are delicious. It was very ideal to be able to eat a good meal just by going downstairs.

The toilet window never opened. They need a bath mat. A hand wash soap dispenser is needed in the toilet instead of a bar of soap. The shower curtain needs updating.

Ceiling Fans in my room were not powerful, I can barely feel the wind from them. I just need to point that out but generally my stay was very good, the cleanliness of the rooms were excellent

Location of the property is excellent as it is very close to local shops and transport network into the whole of Sere-Kunda. Staffs from cleaners to everyone were excellent during my stay with them. Uninterrupted electricity was also a huge factor staying at this property. Bravo to everyone.

Breakfast was not included and in the Restaurant there was no real service. Should be better explained that there is limited Restaurant facilities and only after Arrangements.

Amenities in the room. The room is very small. No airconditioner and tv did not work. I guess booking with booking.com is the reason for that.

very noisy in the room during the days cause behind the hotel traditional work with wood pushing, (stomping) many women working and talking noisy traditional music, singing, drumming everything only 10 meters away! only friday it was silent, of course, day off🤭 staff not very talkative ( only together very talkative ) using phones most of the time - but that's normal in the "modern" times rooms my view from the window was a wall half meter away! all furniture different, old items paint falling down toilet flush not working properly only to mention if somebody comes in the hot monthes, I was here in February, no aircon needed. aircon extra costs 200 D a day ( 3,5 Euro ) even "room with aircon" .... most of the menu from the small restaurant "not available".....

I found cockroaches in the bathroom :/ the lights are also too dim for the room

nice garden and area to sit and chill, also has a restaurant so if you need food you can order it there. the staff is very nice and welcoming
