We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

MaltaThe wifi connection could have been better, however, it was good enough to use for a day's work.
The place, staff, room and food at Pelican were wonderful. The place is peaceful and safe, which was ideal for me since I traveled alone. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was a good size and very comfortable. And the dinners there are delicious. It was very ideal to be able to eat a good meal just by going downstairs.

Location of the property is excellent as it is very close to local shops and transport network into the whole of Sere-Kunda. Staffs from cleaners to everyone were excellent during my stay with them. Uninterrupted electricity was also a huge factor staying at this property. Bravo to everyone.

Germanyvery noisy in the room during the days cause behind the hotel traditional work with wood pushing, (stomping) many women working and talking noisy traditional music, singing, drumming everything only 10 meters away! only friday it was silent, of course, day off🤭 staff not very talkative ( only together very talkative ) using phones most of the time - but that's normal in the "modern" times rooms my view from the window was a wall half meter away! all furniture different, old items paint falling down toilet flush not working properly only to mention if somebody comes in the hot monthes, I was here in February, no aircon needed. aircon extra costs 200 D a day ( 3,5 Euro ) even "room with aircon" .... most of the menu from the small restaurant "not available".....
