“The Syntopia exceeded all of our expectations – the hotel was just gorgeous, with all the details carefully curated. We absolutely loved the "overwater" sunbeds by the pool and the fantastic relaxed vibes. Our room was enormous and beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally kind. It's rare to hear such in depth and helpful description of the hotel facilities at check-in, the front desk team were all highly informative and kind. Their recommendations for Rethymno were also spot on! The breakfast was also one of the best I have ever had, even the simple things were seasoned to perfection and the choice was huge. It truly is a gem of a hotel and we will definitely be back!”

“Excellent villa which was within easy walk of shops, tavernas and the beach. Plenty of space for the 12 of us who stayed. The children particularly enjoyed the pool and the amount of outdoor space. They also enjoyed feeding the 3 chickens and collecting their eggs.
Extremely well equipped with everything we needed. Etouri were excellent communicators and were able to provide 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs for our little ones. They arranged taxis for us and we were given a telephone number to ring on leaving the airport so that the host was waiting for us when we arrived. He also continued to check in on us throughout the week. There was a lovely selection of food and wine as a welcome pack.”
