“Stunning modern villa with floor to ceiling windows out to the sea. Very clean- beautiful pool. The location is amazing and you get so much privacy in this popular tourist spot. The beaches are incredible- sandy white and shallow perfect for spending the day in. The host was excellent- very kind and responsive- she greeted us with treats from her family in the fridge. I would come back here in a heartbeat- it was the perfect 5 year anniversary trip for my husband and I!”
“A beautiful hotel in a remote beach area. Perfect for those looking to unwind and love the sun and sea. Gorgeous pathways from the hotel that lead to many little beaches and bays to swim. There a little taverns and mini markets scattered around the area, however the hotel has a fantastic restaurant with delicious food with great offerings. I really enjoyed our daily breakfast we were spoilt for choice, especially loved the home grown figs. The town center is a 10 minute taxi drive or you can catch the bus.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. My advice if wanting to visit the villages or other towns book a day or two ahead with reception as the island is remote taxis can be limited when it’s peak season. Overall I would stay again at this Beautiful hotel.”

“AMAZING LOCATION IN FRONT OF THE SEA, VERY NICE HOSTS, 10 MINUTES FROM PIGADIA AND AMOOPI AND CLOSE TO WONDERFUL BEACH IN THE SOUTH OF KARPATHOS. TEN MINUTES FROM THE MOUNTAIN VILLAGE OF MENETES. THE STRUCTURE WAS CLEAN AND WITH NICE VIEW, YOU CAN SLEEP LISTENING THE WAVES, AND THE WIND OF COURSE!”
“Really good overnight stay before my plane out to Athens the next morning. (Name?) cheerfully met me at the ferry Port of Pigadia, then took me back to the airport the next morning after breakfast for a reasonable price. I appreciated a welcoming, filoxenia type evening ouzo upon arrival. The room was sparsely furnished but spacious and comfortable, with a view out to the sea in the distance. The breakfast on the terrace was very good and served with big smiles. I enjoyed my brief stay at the Vardes and would definitely stay again!”
