“We loved staying in Carob Villa. It's in a great location if you want to go between the mountains and the sea. Moires is a really interesting and authentic Cretan town and it was a great place to shop, particularly the Saturday market. Eva, the host is a wonderful person and a fabulous host, there were a few small issues on arrival and she dealt with them immediately. The pool is a good size and it is in a quiet location with places to sit and relax. There are shutters and fly screens, a lovely covered patio at the front with comfy arm chairs. There is also an outside kitchen and dining area (which we didn't use as it was early in the year). The kitchen has decent equipment for self catering and we enjoyed coming back after a long day out and sitting around the table and having a big meal. We wish Eva and her family all the best for the future - they were lovely and made our stay in Crete really memorable.”
