  Amazing Villa By The Sea Review score: 10

  “We were a group of 8 and this villa was just perfect for us. There are 2 independent studios with small kitchenettes and ensuite bathrooms downstairs; and 2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs; giving each bedroom a lot of privacy. The living room is very spacious and the kitchen is American style generous with a large kitchen island, modern high end appliances and every utensil you can possibly need. The views from the living rooms are stunning; and the roof terrace is simply incredibly - you can see Lefkada, Kefalonia, Zakynthos, Meganisi, Kalamos, Kastos and all the other smaller islands in between. There is a large pergola with power so you can sit up there and work or just relax, read a book and have a glass of wine. Nikos was very the perfect host - very responsive and helpful; and provided lots of helpful advice and local guidance This is villa is a destination in itself. We loved it and are looking forward to being back soon!”

  “The panoramic views fast wifi!! well over 200 Mbps (for the geeks) the big modern well equipped kitchen the living room - you feel like you are outside even when inside; there is so much light and such a stunning from all the rooms big modern TVs + fast wifi = perfect for Netflix and other streaming services the roof terrace! ultimate privacy and the perfect spot to relax, read and sun bathe an serene cove is just a 5-10 min walk down the hill; the sea is incredibly clear; lots of fish and even some small coral”

  “We were looking for a quiet, serene spot with stellar views and super fast internet so we could work during our stay - and everything was perfect! The house is very modern, with a large very well equipped kitchen and super comfy beds the views from the living room are absolutly stunning; and that's before you go on the roof terrace where you have a full panoramic view of the islands - you see all the way to Zacynthos! The pictures don't do it justice! It's a hidden gem! Thank you so much to Nikos for being an excellent host. Looking forward to returning in autumn!”

  “This place is incredible. It's the first time we've booked a place where the pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the room and the view is. Evridiki, the staff and the owner are all amazing. Evridiki gave us so many suggestions on what to do around the area. And the morning breakfast is so good. The beach is a complete private beach too. Couldn't recommend this place enough - it feels like a complete island experience.”

  “Absolutely loved the property - very well thought out in every last detail. Incredibly clean & included everything you would need to have a comfortable stay. What made the trip was how incredible the host Dinos was, we definitely made a friend for life. So warm, welcoming & couldn’t do anymore for us. The ladies that care for the property during the day were also just as lovely. We will be back regularly & could not recommend enough.”
