Paid sun loungers on the beach, there weren’t enough seats in the dining room for dinner, you had to wait. On the second day we were severely bitten by some insects right in our room.

We really liked the location, large area, excellent staff. The room is equipped with a refrigerator and an electric kettle. A bottle of wine and water complimentory from the hotel. Wonderful sea view from the window.

Wifi connection was poor at the beach, some spots without connection. Also I didn’t like that hotel is charging beach sets to the hotel guests. This is not usual for the hotels, especially 5 star. This must be included in price.

Beautiful hotel especially outdoor, pools, palms, everything super clean, full of flowers. Amazing food, various choices, all super delicious. Food is 5+! Beautiful beach and seaside, clean.

It was unfortunate that they didn’t have something as basic as an iron to iron my clothes instead they offered me to do laundry which I’m assuming we would have to pay.

Amazing place for a staycation would definitely recommend to others ! The buffet had so much variety and the view was insane.

If you don't go during summer season, you should keep in mind that indoor pools are not useful. One is extremely cold, and the other one is charged (25 eur per person per day) and it did not meet our expectations. The furniture in the rooms is a bit older, but this does not affect the overall impression, since the rest of complex is nicely arranged.

An older, well-maintained hotel. Wonderful gardens and swimming pools, the beach is exceptional, the food is very tasty, the employees are helpful and friendly.

Buggy car drivers should be more kind to guests(excluding certain ones). It feels like every time you ride with them, you are forcing them to do it, not like that is their job. The other thing which is annoying here is that u r paying for sunbeds(10 eur for a set) and that the Management actually "ACCEPT" other people who paid for whole 3 front rows of the sunbeds and they're using only 3-4 of them, just to avoid crowd around them(which is very frustrating for other guests...if they want privacy or want to show off, why you don't let them book the WHOLE resort?)

Maybe a bit outdated interrior and for my opinion too soft beds. Paying for sunbeds and un umbrella on the beach as a hotel guest is a complete no go. (Some other same star hotels in the area don‘t have that. They charge you only if you are not the guest of the hotel and have a system for that). I have also found it unexceptable that some guests could reserve sunbeds at the beach and only came to the beach in the late aftrenoon. That inabled the use of the sunbeds for majority of the day for some other guests. If you already make your guest pay for them, then at least don‘t allow reservations (should be first come, firts serve basis).

Really great staff that is always happy to answer all of your questions. Very good food choices at the breakfast and dinner. Really great „private“ beach (one of the nicest beach with clearest water from all the beaches, that we went to arround the peninsula). It was also the first time that we have experienced, that a hotel beach was more occupied than the pools. Great option for families with kids, since the hotel has few pools, that are not that occupied.

There was no drinks at the dinner, not even water. We had to buy drinks. At breakfast they had juices. Additionally, we had to pay for the use of the sun beds on the beach- they belong to the hotel, why must I pay extra?
