A little noisy from the street and the restaurant right next to the hotel,but with windows closed and air conditioning on is perfect throughout the night.

Perfect location if you want to be right on the beach and next to restaurants. The 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor is very specious and with amazing view!

Perfect location - a few meters from the sea, between the beach and restaurants. The hosts had provided an individual parking space. A wonderful place for a family vacation. Very kind and responsive hosts.

Wifi was poor. The bed could be more comfortable. The room which we stay doesn’t have so much sunlight. It could be an advantage in summer. But we stayed in May where the weather was mild. Therefore the room was a little bit cold. But there is an air conditioner.

First of all I would like to thank the host, Mrs. Magda. She is very helpful, kind and friendly. The location of the house is excellent. The room has a big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the amazing sea. The room was extremely clean. There is a parking space available in front of the apartment. Overall, Nikiti is a great place to stay in Halkidiki.

Apartment is near the sea, in the middle of the Nikiti center. Few steps from many coffee places or restaurants. Have a parking place, where to park a car. Kitchen is fully equipted. Nice and helpfull host.

It was a great place to stay. It was on the beach directly, very close to all restaurants and shops. It was very clean and having facilities like full equipt kitchen, a big balcony with a seaview. The lady, owner of the apartment was so polite and nice. Thank you.

- The Internet was not working. Probably it is a general issue in Nikiti. I am sure it is hard for the host to fix it. Nevertheless if you plan to visit Halkidiki in general and you need Internet for work, then don't count on it in 2023!!! - The shower faucet was very old and almost broken. It was hard to handle it. The shower can not be fixed on the wall. The support was broken. - Bad smell comes from the surgery from time to time. - The TV remote was not the original one and we couldn't use it properly. First time in my life when I see a TV remote with 6 buttons

4 people and one roll of toilet paper for 3 day stay😂It is not much of a big deal, but please, you would not get richer if you leave more so your guests do not go around markets to buy.

It is first row, goes directly on the beach. Arrived eaelier and we entered before check in time.

The apartment is noisy, not necessary from the restaurant near by if you're not the type that goes to bed at 22:00. But you can hear very well the noise from the other apartments in the building especially from bathroom/toilet.

Large and comfortable apartment right in front of the sea with free sunbeds and umbrella. Very nice host, Magda tells you everything you need to know. Around are pastry shop, mini-market, restaurant. It's a very good choice for staying in Nikiti close to the beach.

The mattress are not super comfortable

The room was great and the location is perfect! You have everything you need in the room- it is cosy and clean. The beach is literally 2min waking and there are many taverns in a walking distance too. Still, the rooms are in a quiet street. The view from the balcony in amazing and our host was very sweet, nice and friendly!
