the mountainous pillows! the noise from the bar in evenings. pool not too bad. and i thought for better security, the partitions between balconies could be much better. reception should have a proper medical kit.

We missed making tea and coffee in our room although it is on offer at the bar. We were under the impression we had booked a room with a bath, as this was actually listed on Bookings - although in fact, none of the rooms come with a bath. I think bath-robes were also noted. Still, there was a superb, super hot and powerful shower which was much appreciated.

We loved the calm, relaxing ambience throughout the Anastasia hotel. Our room was beautiful, with tasteful 'calming' decor, set on the corner of the hotel with a wonderful panoramic view. The breakfast is wonderful - with everything laid out from a range of fresh, healthy options, a wonderful cooked selection and home-made fresh biscuits on offer too. The staff are great - very kind and helpful and always with a smile and conversation. There is a small-ish super clean, well maintained pool right by the sea front. The hotel is not huge and so it has a lovely, personal, boutique feel to it.

I loved everything about the hotel but most of all the hospitality of the owners. George, his mother and his wife are amazing! Breakfast was excellent with many and tasty choices to pick from. The rooms were very comfortable ,very clean and with an amazing sea view. The girls at the reception desk are wonderful.

The Anastasia is one of the best properties at which we’ve stayed. The views, the pool, the including breakfast, the wonderful staff, etc make this place so special.

We found it weird that the pool closes between 15.30 and 17.30 h "to ensure quietness", while it was never noisy and if there was any noise, it was from people not using the pool. The property does not have a beach in front which is a pity, and the closest beach (to the west) was not that clean.

Very nice hotel, upper class. Well located (many restaurants in Karystos). Super clean and large rooms with sea view. Great service (when you sat down aroun the pool or bar area, they immediatley served some cold water). Very nice breakfast.

lacking coffee/tea making facilities in room, and the room itself was a little shabby in places … on surface tastefully decorated but needs slight upgrade in places

perfect location 2 minutes walk from town but peaceful with beautiful view. very comfy bed! the public seating areas are lovely nice places to sit and read .. and very clean! lovely owner George gave us great travel tip on final morning!

We spent a week in September at the Anastasia - a stylish family run boutique hotel in a great location by the beach in Karystos. The staff are delightful, friendly and efficient. Little Anastasia, not quite 3 years, has definitely inherited the family hospitality genes: we loved watching her "helping" the team. Breakfasts are plentiful, with something for everyone, and tasty Greek delicacies. Evening meals were excellent. Our top floor room was comfortable and well appointed, with a lovely sea view, and thoughtful touches such as a drying rack and effective shutters & mosquito screens. The hotel is scrupulously clean, with a light and airy feel and pleasing decor. 5 stars from us.

There are just some minor observation: no vanity kits in the bathroom

Hotel is very modern, design of the lobby and restraunt is enjoyable. The room of a good size, the bed was comfortable, teracce in the room is really huge, but the bathroom is small and poor. The building is very good through the sun rays, the sun doesn't snine stright into the windows. Breakfast is of a high quality, fresh juce, coffe machine with espresso and greek coffe etc. Also hotel is in a good distance to the town of Karistos, in a walk distance but the same time in a quite place, stone beach is stright in frount of the hotel and sandy beaches are 30m from the both sides of the hotel.The sea is clear and the beaches are not crowded. In general good place to stay for a couple of days.

Amazing work has been done. The place looks casual and it really feels open to everyone. The staff has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. It is obvious that a great job is done when it comes to the food quality, as the restaurant menu and the breakfast have been delicious and exceptional. The bar has also been top notch! We are already counting the days for the following summer to visit you again. Thanks a lot for everything!

Not direct access to the beach as there is a road in front of the property ( not a big issue 3-5 min walking distance to sandy beach) Not big spaces for common areas , Really small glasses for Orange juice . Views are restricted from not clear view glass used on balcony.

Great hosts , good tasty breakfast attention to details throughout the hotel . Views from the sea view are great . For sure worth to stay at the property when visiting Karystos ( very nice beaches with not overcrowded)
