There were no windows in the unit, even though one entire wall was at the edge of the property and would have had a great view across the whole island. The bathroom smells (seems to be a common thing across Athens and the Islands, must be the sewerage system). The pool was unheated and shaded much of the day.

The staff are great, and very informative and accommodating, especially Popi. Great location in Fira - on the other side of town, so no caldera views etc, but much cheaper and only a very short walk from the centre. The full-day tour organised by the hotel was great, and their transfers from the port were good value for 3x people.

Exceeded expectations. This is a full service hotel—reception desk manned 24/7, daily room cleaning, coffee/tea/creamer replenished daily. Reception offered to make you a coffee/tea whenever you spoke with them. Room was a nice size—bedroom and kitchen/living area were two separate rooms. Everything worked. Functional kitchenette. Great updated bathroom—hot water, good water pressure. East-looking view of the water from our balcony; clothes drying rack in the sun. Appreciated the little swimming pool. Incredible location—less than 3 minute walk to Fira main square; less than 5 minutes to caldera walkway; 5 minutes to bus station. Despite being so close to the action it was quiet. Offered a tour of the island for 40 Euro per person—great deal but we did not have the time to take it.

The room we chose had quite a lot of steps which I found tiring at my age. Had we known we would have chosen one on the ground floor.

Our room was comfortable and clean. There was a fridge and equipment to make a coffee or tea in the morning. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and fresh towels.

Loved everything about apartments Airport was very slow when arrived to go through passport control But a beautiful newly built airport

Wifi signal was not great

We had an excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hospitality here was great- the hotel organized transport for us to/from the airport and ferry port, gave us lots of information on stuff to do in Santorini and also gave us coffee and wine. Would recommend and we would come back if we stay in Fira again.

It is located at the center of Fira, there is a market close by, the bus station is a 2-3 minutes walk away and the center is around 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this. The personel is very kind and ready to answer all of your questions. They give you coffee and tea every morning. Clean and comfortable. It is getting cleaned every day as well as the towel get changed. Before leaving after the check out, you can leave your bags at the reception.
