I received a studio that was not accordingly to the pictures when i have booked. The extra bed was broken and we could not use it. Nevertheless, i talked to the receptionist and he offered (after talking to the manager) an appartment, without extra cost. In the appartment, the couch was also broken, my friends had in other rooms the same issue. We had to tie the legs of the bed with ropes. The issue is well known. So, if you plan to stay there, take care if you need an extra bed or if you need to sleep on the couch.

One of the receptionists was very rude going as far as getting an argument with someone in our group. This was also the case for one of the shuttle drivers. I can't understand how these people are allowed to interact with tourists on a daily basis(part of this is limited communication capabilities but also a very condecendant attitude). It seems there's no effort to properly train these staff members. This is very confusing as some of the other staff were nice and quite helpful. Also, our foldout bed needed the midsection to be secured with some ropes so it wouldn't collapse/bend once someone sat on it. Breakfast was very basic and completely lacked variety.

It has a bar and restaurant which aren't great but since you are quite remote from other such places, they are convenient. It has a confortable lobby and a decent swimming pool and spa

Breakfast was the same every morning and not so good. The room was big but the furniture was old and chairs were broken. And there was no wifi! Only in the lobby, we asked to pay for additional internet and they said that they do not have that option. It was torture to come down from 4th floor everytime we wanted to go online. Also we had to ask for kitchen supplies and what we got was very limited. We had huge kitchen and no supplies.

There was a strong wind during our stay and the room has no noise cancellation whatsoever and it was noisy. You can also hear noise from the upper level from other guests dragging chairs and jumping kids. The crib that was provided to us had holes in it and was broken on some parts. In the hotel’s restaurant, the high chair is dirty. no wifi in the room and no utensils in the kitchen. The play area for kids is dirty too.

The pool was warm and the spa room as well so we did enjoy swimming with our baby. the room was preheated also which is good. The view of the Pirin mountain is exceptional! There was a mini market in front of the hotel which is convenient. We liked the lobby with a fireplace and tv where you can relax a bit. It is cozy and warm.

The lift wasn't working, the room was not very clean, the towels was not clean, wifi was poor, almost not signal in the room.

Although not a big deal, there are no dishesh or spoon/fork/knife, so you must bring them your own.

The garden and the outdoor were perfect. The breakfast was good and had variety of choice. Rooms were large and comfortable, equiped with small TV and cable, kitchen etc.

The waitress at the restaurant. They were a bit unfriendly. On raining days - you will get wet till reach your block entrance. No indoor entrance to your building.

Not quite sure why but whenever there was stronger wind the bathroom ceiling tiles were moving making pretty loud noice.

Pretty good value for the money. Spacious and clean apartment with pretty good view. The food in the restaurant was pretty tasty. Pool, sauna and steam room were on point as well.
