Very friendly staff with good attention to detail

Everything was just amazing. The room, view, beach, pool, food. It is the perfect place to relax. I didn’t go out from the resort at all. Want to thanks specially to Alexandro from the main restaurant, he took care of my allergies and made sure that I got what to eat each breakfast and dinner. Be aware that it takes around 45 minutes from airport to the hotel by taxi, that cost 75€. It is a bit far but worth it! Enjoy!

The hotel is of a very high standard We were given a room with a pool and a detailed explanation of all the facilities and services of the hotel. Private pool, large pool and private beach. An adults only hotel so everyone speaks quietly and behaves respectfully. Excellent resort for rest.

Some of the signage could have been better but us not noticing was definitely my fault.

Breakfast was superb; buffet style with a wide range of options delivered by friendly and efficient staff, who attended to issues without having to ask. Property was on the beach and had in addition several large pools Staff were very friendly and very helpful throughout our stay Short (2km) walk to Lindos along a pavement

We missed signage on main road driving from the south. Perhaps it could have been larger...

Wish we could have stayed longer! We had a private pool, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff could not have been friendlier, yet we're very professional. The hotel was stunning. The landscaping fantastic. Breakfast was copious.

Amazing facilities, we were upgraded to a phenomenal room as it was a day after our wedding out in Rhodes so we treat it as a little honeymoon. The room, the staff, the food and facilities were outstanding and we were made to feel so special! We are definitely planning to come back again soon.

I was surprised they didn’t have bad service to your sunbeds at the pool

really nice hotel with a bit more attention it could be great when we arrived we had paid for a shared pool room and I was very disappointed to see the room we had been given. it wasn’t at all like the ones on booking.com and although we had a shared pool we were looking onto a brick wall. however a quick conversation with the manager and he was outstanding, apologised and upgraded us to amazing room with our own private pool and even took all our bags. fantastic service and the new room blew us away, it was one of the nicest rooms I’ve even seen. the hotel is immaculate, the grounds are some of the best I have seen and the beach whilst pebbly is beautiful and the water is crystal clear. breakfast was brilliant and the al a carte restaurants were ok. I’d recommend going into lindos which is only 10 euro for you evening meal as there are some incredible restaurants for a great price it is an extremely quiet and relaxing hotel so if that’s what you are looking for it’s great

The towels for the pool and beach could be a bit thicker and more luxurious but that would literally be the only thing to mention. Everything is absolutely superb and couldn't fault anything - stunning and pure luxury - the pictures don't do it justice !

There is nothing not to like! Absolutely wonderful and want to return as soon as possible!

I didnt like that I have to go back:-)!

This place is just paradice in the tropical bautifully manicured garden! I keep coming back in here every year as its so special place. Comfortable, fabulous decor, very clean, great good but above all is the service! Starting from the luggage guys throught reception, guest relations, beach bar, restaurants. These people really walk this extra mile to provide just excellent service, warm and welcomed hospitality. One really feels like home. Will be back doon again!

The staff is friendly but doesn’t speak very little English and it was hard to communicate with them. Breakfast was very good, large selection of food. Dinner on the other hand was disappointing.

The Fitnest club needs to be improve to small and not much space to do stretch or other types of workouts. Running machine old and not a large selection of dumbbells
