The hotel did not honor the rate provided by Booking com. First, they called me a few days before arrival and offered to change the room to a non-smoking for no charge (confirmed over phone), but later on charge me more and were saying it's an upgrade and I have to pay extra for it. Oyo's customer service was useless in resolving the issue and everyone went in denial that the upgrade was offered at no charge. Breakfast selection was pretty basic.

I would definitely not recommend their continental breakfast, my only real complaint.🙁 It kind of seemed like the same items had been sitting out on the counter for a few days, maybe a bit off because of Easter. The rest are annoying but not really complaints. Curtains are a little long were blocking the A/C, I used a hair clip to solve that problem.The floors in the room were very gritty. Thankfully, we brought our slippers. I think something might be wrong with septic or the wax ring on the toilet. Random dampness behind toilet and slight septic odor in bathroom. It's a smoking room, so there were the obvious signs that smokers had been there before me. Light scorching on sink edges and bathtub edge, not complaints, just information.

Location is great, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Other guests kinda felt like family, chatty and sweet, in the walkways, and waiting for coffee to brew in the breakfast room. Coffee is provided in the room, but that's never enough for me 😴. Fridge worked great.A/C blows cold. Linens were stained but smelled clean.Nice hot water with good pressure. Bed was very comfortable. The room smelled very clean, considering I booked a smoking room. Nice Mexican restraunt practicly in the same lot with good breakfast. Overall, I would recommend.

I was impressed at the breakfast for such a small place! The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful, it was easy to get to, it was clean! Yes, it's dated, but for a small town and for this price we were very pleased!

Breakfast was fine. Nice selection for a small hotel. One of their greatest assets was Kristin, who was at the front desk when I both checked in and out. She was helpful answering the questions I had with honest answers. I used to work in hotels and that is something I love. Property looks older, but great remodeling of the rooms!!

Toilet was a bit wobbly and there was no stopper for the tub if you wanted to take a hot bath. Great water pressure for the shower though.

Nice location in Yoakum and the rooms were clean and updated. Comfortable mattress and great pillows. Microwave and mini fridge were very clean and worked well.

Had a problem with the air conditioner in 1st room but staff quickly moved us to another room. Room showed a little wear and tear but was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The room was not air conditioned before our arrival, but the AC cooled quickly. The room could have used a little touching up on the walls and around the bathroom door jamb.

This hotel was at a very convenient location in the city. It was a little smaller, which meant you were never far from any of the amenities.
