A well tended property at a quiet part of the village. Exceptionally clean and tidy, with big enough balconies. The owners are very helpful, smily and always available.

Nothing ; everything was great

Jason was very friendly. He showed us to our room and chatted as we went . We were very impressed with the standard of the room and its facilities given we were only staying 1 night . The kitchenette was very well stocked although we only used the glasses and mugs . The full sized fridge was good quality and the bottle of cold water very welcome . The shower was top quality and lots of hot water and excellent pressure. For the money paid this was a great find and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending these studios and we would definitely stay here again if staying in Sougia .

Shower was a bit feeble but okay. Aircon worked well but a bit noisier than some. Neither of these minor gripes was a problem. If you park under the trees, though, your car will be covered in rather sticky berries!

Friendly welcome from Jason. Clean, modern room with comfortable beds (one double, one single) and a nice balcony. Set back from main road out of town but Sougia very quiet this early July so not a problem at all.

This was our second stay at Aretousa and it was another great stay. Mirko and Dara are very friendly and helpful, the room is spotlessly clean, and the bathroom is the best of all the places we have stayed in Sougia. We're looking forward to coming back again.

A small thing, but a shelf or cage in the shower to hold gels, shampoos etc would be helpful. I found the bed a little firm and was glad I brought my own pillow, as I usually do.

Location was fine. I wanted a quiet room and the manager went out of his way to warn me that it might not be quiet (before I booked). I guess he was keen to avoid me being disappointed. I went ahead anyway and it was absolutely fine.

We had a last minute one-night stay in Aretousa, to walk the Samaria Gorge. Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. Mirko is an amazing host, he was very welcoming and friendly. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many tips. The room was as clean as you can wish for. A plus is the very modern bathroom. Also, everything you need for having a drink or even cooking a small meal, was present in this room. We loved staying here. Unfortunately, the Samaria Gorge was closed due to the severe winds. Mirko contacted us the next day(after checking out) to tell us that it would be open the next day. Very helpfull, we are really grateful for staying here and strongly recommend it!
