The pool it is too shallow. It is only for kids. I am average person and my feet always touch the floor. Also the floor of the swimming pool is rough. .

I had family suite. It was spacious and comfortable. It needs renovation (which actually would increase significantly the price). But it was big and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t enough sunbeds around the pool and need more choice of drinks for all inclusive.

The cleaning could be improved, the rooms were not cleaned properly as well as the hallway to the rooms. Since we stayed at the 2nd floor, right below the restaurant, the noise from the chairs and tables scratching on the floor during breakfast was too loud.

The location was good if you have a transport. Car or motorbike would be good. The sound isolation of the windows was OK, taking into account the proximity of the airport. Breakfast was modest, but that's what you should expect from a 4 star hotel in Greece.

There were no iron in the rooms. Location was a little out from the centre but there is a bus which goes directly from outside the hotel into town which was great, Only €1.70 and about a 10 min drive. We walked in some days also.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great and staff were very helpful. The pool area was lovely. We received fresh towels in our room every day along with our room being fully cleaned. Nice few cafes/restaurants close to the hotel also.

The pool was smaller than expected and the bottom of the pool leaves blisters, it's very rough,like sand paper. Food choice was average. Rooms were old style, but clean. The atmosphere in the hotel was very family oriented and slow pace. If you're young and looking for music and fun go somewhere else! The selection of drinks was all local and poor quality. The snacks between meals were very poor-for an all inclusive more was expected. Ps the aircon was very old and at times stopping.

The attitude of the staff especially Maria in the dining room and Dimitris at the bar. The cleaning ladies were also very nice and friendly. All the staff were lovely.

Good place to stay with family. Nice pool. Staff was very kind and helpful. Mini market right next to the hotel and some restaurants with possibility of watching planes taking off. Not so far from city center. Great value for money.

Hotel had only 2 chairs for children and we had to wait for a long time to get one. It is located right next to the airport so there is noice from the airplanes. Breakfast was of a mediocre quality. There was no fresh juice and not a lot of fat free options.

The room was very big. Elevators were fast enough so you could easily reach all floors. Rooms were clean. Swimming pool was also nice.

At first it was a pitty that the hotel was not that close to Corfu town. However, the bus station is literally 5 steps from the hotel to go to the town. It was great fun to spend evenings watching the planes landing and being a bit away from all the craziness of the city. Hotel has a great bar by the pool with reasonable prices. All in all, the hotel is great!

The staff(ladies) in breakfast/dining room was very grumpy and not very polite unfortunately. Would not take half board anymore,because with dinner you dont get any drink,even water or juice not. Food ever evening was nearly the same ,didn't liked at all.

Really beautiful place to stay with family,not far from town center,,enjoyed the planes and sunset from balcony every evening.Reception staff was very helpful,couldn't ask for more.
