Such a wonderful property! We fell in love with the view right outside the door. So serene and peaceful. Costas greeted us and took care of us as if we were old friends. So nice. He is a gem. Ina prepared breakfast each day and it was go delicious, but way more food than we could eat. Our suite included the spa/pool which we used a lot. It wasn't too warm which could have been an issue. It was another way to completely relax. Location perfect. In the action but off to the side, so it was quiet and not invaded by the hordes of tourists up on the main street. If we go back to Santorini one day, we will go to Aroma Suites.

Excellent hospitality. Costas and all staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and easy. thank you for all your help. The view from the rooftop terrace and the balcony outside our room at sunset was spectacular with no crowds. A quiet location but only a short stroll from the restaurants and shops.

I didn’t realise the balcony/terrace could be accessed by the adjoining properties but it didn’t cause any issues

Fantastic location in the centre of Fira but feels very peaceful and ‘away from it all’ whilst at the property. The room had a lovely cosy cave feel and the most fantastic view of the Caldera. Breakfast was plentiful and served directly to your terrace each morning. Undoubtedly though the best thing about this property is Costas! One of the most friendly, helpful and genuine people I met during our stays across Greece. Thank you so much for the warmest welcome, advice and helping with our heavy bags.

The customer service reviews are absolutely true. Every single staff there, down to the kitchen dept, treated us extremely nice! As usual Costas always very hospitable and ready to recommend nice outings. The room size fantastic and we get the cave feeling which rare.

The only thing I would change is the shower. It’s mounted waist-high and you either have to remove it from the wall to wash yourself, or sit on the floor under it.

Beautiful property, great location and Costas (the owner) is wonderful!!! He gave us lots of recommendations and never steered us wrong! We had a blast! Also we rented the honeymoon suite and it was really nice!

Everything was incredible! We loved our room and the balcony. Views were to die for! Costas was amazing and so helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we got to eat it on the balcony with the beautiful view. They were very accommodating and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely come back again!

Not a problem for us but if you’re bigger in size, the room, especially the bathroom, can be an issue as it’s quite narrow. We wanted the cavelike coziness and we’re quite petite, so it worked. Also, the ventilation for the bathroom could be a better.

Situated at one end of the busy street and centre of Fira, yet managed to be serene and away from the crowd/noise. The patio is the highlight and cannot be seen by passers-by (except for just a couple of hotels above you); unlike many other hotels, we realised, people walking by can peer in/look down into your private patio/balcony. That said, it should be noted that the patio is accessible by others in adjoining rooms, as they can choose to walk by it to access their rooms. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was a buffet spread on its own. Kostas was always ready to provide answers and solutions to any questions or problem, so you’ll feel no stress at all. Car rental companies and a big supermarket nearby too. There’s minimal stairs, you can’t escape some and expect an uphill walk from the main street below.

Costas was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He went out of his way to provide everything we wanted. The breakfast was excellent. Fantastic view. Accommodation very clean. Great location. Close to everything but still very peaceful. We will come back. Thank you.

The position and the spectacular views from our little private deck! We could not have hoped for a more private spot to watch the Santorini sunsets. Kostas and the other staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our room was cosy and clean and having breakfast bought to us each morning on our desk topped everything off. We could walk easily to the local places and everything else we wanted to see.

Our room was small once we put our two suitcases in. If you had a rainy day there was no chair or desk, only the bed to sit on. You don’t come to Santorini for rainy days so should not be a problem! However might be good to get the larger room option just in case! Be aware this property does not have a Swimming pool. No issue for us but just pointing it out.

Tucked away from the crowds but right in town! We had a lovely view of the caldera with sunsets being amazing. Our room was cave style, clean and everything in working order. Separate proper shower and separate toilet. Short stroll into Fira where you tap into the lovely restaurants, cafes, shops, buses, minimart etc. Location is fantastic. Our host Costas was welcoming & helped us with transport, tours and other questions. He is so friendly and reliable and English is perfect! Breakfast was included which we enjoyed on the outdoor balcony each morning looking at the Caldera! Very generous servings. View is truly breath taking.

Everything was excellent—the location is perfect, quiet but close to everything; the breakfast was delicious; Kostas, who runs the hotel, was incredibly helpful and kind and gave us excellent recommendations; the view is incredible; the room was huge, comfortable, and always clean.
