We loved everything about the hotel. Staff had very good English, great customer service. Reception, bar and restaurant staff were always kind and responsive. The rooms were perfectly clean. We wish we stayed longer. Definitely be back

It's an amazing resort with many facilities and options to spend your time: there is a supervised playground for children, 2 big swimming pools, a beach, shows during night time ... The food is excellent and the staff very friendly.

The beach is too short to enjoy. However, the pools are so big and fit for all ages that it’s not a big drama.

The food, the staff, and all the services are simply great. There are plenty of activities organised for kids and adults. The facilities are proper, clean, and modern. One of the best holidays I’ve ever had!

The car we rented through hotel can rental desk was in a very poor condition, even despite low price it wasn't worth it.

That was a perfect stay. Special thanks to the stuff in kids club - my daughter loved it!

Main bar service slow. Choice of restaurants limited. A few little niggles and missing attention to detail. Mini bar would overheat if the cupboard door closed. Maintenance checked and said, "Working fine just leave door open" Simple but the cleaner would close the door every day so we would have warm drinks when got back from beach. Showers desperately need descale. I heard another guest complaining about this as well in reception. No free coffee pods even though paying £500 a night and all-inclusive. Complimentary toothbrush in the room must have been very old as completely disintegrated when I used. Was very unpleasant, and I choked on bristles and plastic shards. Beach was disappointing but not the hotels fault. Taxis can take ages but again not the hotels fault

The resort was amazing, the grounds perfect and well maintained. Location spot on. Not being allowed to save loungers was a real plus. Pools and room very good. Never overcrowded and clientele all respectful of each other. Kids club was good but I have had better.

The wine selection on All Inclusive could have been better quality, could only drink the Rose wine. The cocktails were good but a bit hit and miss depending who was making them. Sometimes way too strong. We were on a family holiday and didn’t go for the booze anyway, and only a minor grumble !

Excellent Family Resort, great food, mainly fresh salads, different meats, pitta, lots of fresh fruit, yummy fresh pizza and garlic bread, ice cream and tempting desserts. The resort was very Clean, Comfy Beds, Massive Pools, lots of Sunbeds, Lovely,Helpful & Friendly Staff, Lots of activities & entertainment , Great Kids Club. 10 mins bus journey to Kos Town, where there are lots of shops, restaurants and boat trips.

We see improvement opportunities with the variety and quality of food and drinks served at the main restaurant as well as the variety of things offered at the hotel shop. The isolated location and the small pebble beach should also be mentioned here, but we appreciate that these things can't be changed.

We liked the friendly and attentive staff, the complimentary upgrade to a spacious 2 bedroom suite (cleaned daily) with comfy beds, rainforest shower, and a huge balcony with amazing views from the sea to the mountains as well as the free entertainment and activities, especially the Greek night, Celtic night and Light show, stargazing and rock-climbing.

In room WiFi coverage was pretty bad, but outside is mostly ok. Hotel IT should consider upgrading to newer WiFi 6 standards with signal quality monitoring to improve overall coverage quality.

Food is just great! Staff is very friendly. Relaxing atmosphere, beautiful views. Very clean room, housekeeping is great!

The Buffet food was okay. However there are Lots of options. I suggest they try to incorporate local foods and local cuisine into the buffet. Also, a mandatory service charge may help the staff with the lack of tips as I overheard (indirect) complaints over the time I stayed.

The amenities were fabulous. Great pools-the beach was ok as the water is not on the best end of Tigaki- but the pools made up for that. There was a football field, tennis, stage, daily activities-you name it! The kids club and activities team were hard working. This is the perfect family friendly property. You will need a car if you plan to explore the island or coordinate a vehicle. The staff was also wonderful and helpful.

I booked a family room but was not available on arrival due to delayed flight, we were offer all inclusive offer instead which was a good gesture I hate the fact the room temperature cannot be adjusted less than 16 degrees C but thanks to the balcony and the pool by my room There is not much going on outside the resort, however I did not attempt so maybe just an assumption from the feeling of the trip to & fro the airport - the island in general feels abandoned!

Arrived very late and the 1st impression was not so good until getting to the rooms and was wow! Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were great with 2 options of restaurant, there is a 3rd restaurant for booked dinner served at one of the restaurant close to the beach, fantastic view The desert at each meal were so great with lots of option We loved the relax environment and Adult entertainment on weekend nights - All inclusive option was great and includes alcohol and coctails by the beach or any where in the resourt. The pool were all over the resort and not crowded at anytime, there are options for little children also. Loved the fact that staff would start up activities and invite people to join, great fun playing the ping pong Room cleaning were very pleasant and refil drinks and wine in each room The massage was super nice, I would recommend for anyone
