You need to go to the restaurant to find personnel, and get checked in. It is not mentioned anywhere. Moreover people at the “restaurant reception” (the lady with blue eyes and light hair specifically) were not friendly at all. They were asking each other in front of us if the room is ready and no one knew if it was.

Very clean, nice location, warm room, liked the wooden design. Everything inside the room was very clean. Also would be nice to have some tea bags in the room, since you already have coffee. Some slippers as well would be great to have, since the price for the stay is quite high, and you can add 2 pairs of slippers for that price :)

We had 2 rooms, a family suite and a double room. The family suite had very few facilities in the kitchen to allow for any self service and the double room didn't have a coffee machine

The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious and the provenance amazing - all home grown and sourced from the family’s animals. This family run hotel and restaurant is an absolute delight and excellent value for money.

One of the cutest rooms we have ever stayed in. Pinterest worthy. Everything was fresh and clean, like it had been recently remodeled. The grounds were also charming. Much thought and work was put into the decor and landscaping, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Astra Inn is an absolutely gorgeous place with breathtaking views! The food and breakfast are delicious made with fresh ingredients from their own garden. The rooms/houses are wonderful! The hosts are super friendly and were so helpful to arrange taxi to Monodendri when we wanted to hike the Vikos Gorge. Everything is nearby: Naturel pools are at walking distance; the Vikos Gorge trail ends around the corner. And its' still such a perfectly quiet place! The evenings on the terrace with tasty home made Greek food, watching the changing colours on the the mountain during sunset were a true highlight in our trip through Greece.

Astra Inn is one of my preferred places in Papigko. It is aesthetically stunning, in the context of the local architecture. Every detail is being taken care of. The breakfast is delicious, with farm grown products. The hosts are very professionals, sweet, caring. There is also a restaurant at the premises, with a view to the breathtaking landscape of the mountains. The room had also a jaccuzzi at the bathroom, a fireplace. I have been to this place already 3 times and I will keep coming back.

The last 300 meters is tricky to fund with Google maps, which directs you to turn right almost as you leave Papingo. This leads you into a very narrow street. Instead, follow the route to Mikro Papingo, and check the map before you enter Papingo to ensure you will not make the same mistake as I did

It was amazing. The food at the restaurant is incredible and supported by a beautiful garden on the property. The villa was clean, cute, and comfortable. The mountain and Gorge views from the bedroom window and the terrace are fantastic. The location is great with the trail next to the hotel. We used it as a base to hike Vikos Gorge one day and up to Astraka in the other direction the next day. Just amazing. Hope to have an opportunity to come back!
