Location of the hotel was perfect as it is located right at the center of town and right on the marina with spectacular views. Healthy breakfast with good options.

The TV in the room was not working. The ' city view' balcony meant we couldn't open the window due to the proximity of the building behind and lack of privacy. In the bathroom wall there was a wooden attachment that hang loose. The major problem were the mosquitoes in the whole area ( that were also found in the room) that unfortunately did not allow us to relax.

The location was excellent. The staff was polite and helpful.

Certain staff members had a very “laid back”, to the point of not caring, attitude to certain issues that were encountered during our stay. Admittedly, unprecedented heavy rains caused damage and resulted in some televisions to lose the signal. When reported to staff, the response was far from satisfactory. It appeared to fall within the category of “too hard”. The overall cleanliness also could do with more attention.

The location was next to none. Unbelievable. Certain staff members, particularly Eleni, did everything possible to assure we had a good stay.

There was a problem with our toilet running on which was very noisy but the staff came and showed us a way to stop it and also offered us a new room if it was a problem.

There was a lovely sea view, The bed was huge and very comfy, the staff were very helpful.

The decor is a bit outdated to be called boutique hotel and is a bit short of staff who are overworked, so a big “ Thank you!”. I would remove the wall painting which is a stylistic mistake and out of place in the room. The toilet flush lacks the right pressure. Luckily, we found a parking space in a stony field full of ruts round the corner that serves as a “ municipal parking lot”. It’s a problem you need to reckon with.

Excellent location on the beachfront within easy reach of all facilities. The Castle Hill was right opposite and easy to climb for stunning views of the town. Breakfast was good and al fresco. The hotel is good value and our front balcony afforded a marvellous view. Nice, broad bed, good size room and nice bathroom. Astros is a gem of a place, had a lot to offer and the hotel is well placed as a base.

The building is a bit old and could use some refurbishment. The AC was old, a bit noisy, and slow. The staff was nice but they only spoke Greek and we had a hard time communicating in English.

Nice property located just by the beaches and main shops in Paralio, where umbrellas and sunbeds are offered for free by the bars and it is possible to go out at night. Plenty of free parking nearby the structure.

the hotel is in need of a refurbishment and has grown a bit tired. And bathroom needed to be more pristinely cleaned. Buffet breakfast left out all morning was unappealing so we went to another restaurant nearby so we could have freshly cooked omelettes. Also you couldn't open windows at night as there were no mosquito screens which was a shame as the nights were cool at that time and fresh air rather than air-conditioning would have been preferred.

the location on the waterfront was lovely and the beds extremely high quality .Staff friendly and warm.

I thought the room rate was too expensive, comparing to other hotels we stayed at this summer and the facilities on offer.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. A nice variety was offered at breakfast and it was nice to be sitting outside for breakfast. The rooms were clean and the fantastic noise insulation on the windows meant that despite its central location you couldn't hear any noise from the street. The staff was always very pleasant and friendly.

I could have been given the room I booked months in advance. There were other places I could have booked which I am sure I would have had no problems with. This is not the way you treat tourists who pay good money to travel with their families.

I cannot tell you much as when I arrived with my family I was told I had no room. Totally unacceptable as my room had been booked for months. I was told I had to go to another property which was in the middle of nowhere after driving down some sketchy roads. Thankfully my husband speaks the language as I would hate to see another person stuck in this situation. My confirmation said this location and address but I kept getting told I was at the other villa in the middle of nowhere. Totally unacceptable and will never trust this booking.com site again.

poor cleaning (especially the toilet, in which the toilet lid was full of residues from pee and the toilet paper was already used)!!!! There was dust on the furniture and the bedside tables in the room, the balcony small and dirty and when we complained about the cleanliness, the staff offered to clean the spots in the room, but we had already cleaned them ..also the breakfast was poor regarding the variety and the quality (for example, the orange juice was refreshment and not fresh or packed juice), pies were cold and there were not protected from insects, which were flying over the buffet!
