While it is lovely to have your own spa, the temperature limitations keep it too cool for our enjoyment.

Close to town, close to the Fira-Oia trail, removed from the tourist sections of town, easy access to the rest of the island, quiet, super clean, wonderful breakfast, lots of hot water, comfy bed, EXCELLENT HOST! Effimia was super communicative and always available for support. She helped arrange a rental car, port transportation, and gave excellent restaurant recommendations (Lava Taverna was our best meal on the trip!)

The shower has no closure. Makes it a wet room, when it is not ! The breakfast bench we moved to eat in the shade. The jacuzzi has no switch to turn off overnight and only the Jet1 option turns on and off.

Clean place. Towels replaced when requested.Breakfast being brought to the room is a bonus. Except the last day when we were vacating the premises, it arrived a few minutes after the allocated time. All very good. Fresh cut fruit was the best part as was the Greek Yogurt with honey and walnut.

The location was a bit far from the Thira part, so you should use the bus which is 10-15 minutes away. Coming back is easier since buses to Oia pass through that part of the island and stop near Carrefour market

loved the sunrise view! super nice staff, Lila especially. they had prepared the villa with Toys for the kids. the breakfast was more than expected and just perfect. The Heated plunge pool was a treat in the cool evenings. quite enough that it feels you are away from the hustle but close enough to Imerovigli and Fir to be in the action within 5 mins

I made a reservation for 2 nights in Athiri with my girlfriend. It was my first time in Santorini and i loved the island. Nonetheless , i loved our accommodation more. The house was very big, the spa was excellent, and the view was mesmerising! Also, Themis(the guy in reception) welcomed us with the best way. He was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was really amazing. The house was also suitable for families. For sure, the next time in Santorini i will choose the same accommodation!

The hotel is on the main street, so traffic noise can be a little loud at certain parts of the day, but was not noticeable at night.

Athiri was the perfect place to relax and get away from the crowds. The room was clean and cozy and each room had it's own small jacuzzi and private balcony/patio area. Themis (the manager) went above and beyond to make my stay the best, from arranging airport transport at midnight (and allowing me to check in so late) to the amazingly delicious daily breakfast that he cooks himself!! He truly makes this place exceptional!

the property is not in Imerovigli, it is outside the village and if you don’t rent a car and use the busses you either take the bus Oia which they run every 30 min or a bus to Imerovigli which runs one per hour.

Breakfast to your room every morning, private outdoor Jacuzzi (a hot Jacuzzi under the Santorini night sky with a glass of wine is so relaxing and romantic), the location of the hotel was never crowded, great views and of course amazing service by Themis, who will assist you with anything, give you honest recommendations and make the reservations for you as well. He's a great guy and he definitely made our stay in Santorini way more enjoyable (thanks man)!

The location is a bit out of the way to all beaches and downtown thira and Oia. In a nutshell, if you want to go to Thira, you can walk on the trail for 30 minutes. 1 hour to Oia. this hotel however, is perfect if you rent a car or an atv. It is private, quiet and although there is no ooomph, per say, it is comfortable, personable and nice.

This hotel is managed by a man that knows how to multitask. The staff consists of just him and a housekeeper. This however, is no impediment for him to be his best. Themis is super attentive to his guests needs, and is very knowledgeable about the area. You ask for any guidance and he sends you to the best options. He made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.

If you're staying more than 2 nights I'd recommend to hire a car as taxis can be expensive if you are moving around daily. Would like water available daily as its so hot and you drink so much to keep hydrated.

Great hotel, staff were absolutely superb. Breakfast was absolutely superb. Hotel was lovely, breakfast on the huge balcony. Themis provided great updates on where to go. Also let us stay a little longer due to ferry timings. Overall very satisfied.
