We had a lot of fun. Armela welcomed us and we couldn't ask for anything she didn't help with. The bed was very comfortable. I hope we will go back one day.

Sadly we had ants which kept coming into the living room even after cleaning the floor and securely closing the doors every time; Baby high chair would have helped especially when lots of families usually book these type of villas and dining table chairs were extra curvy and lay back positioned so our one year old struggled to have meals; No additional rubbish bin bags, so we were literally overfilled after second day's stay; We are aware of such things are not provided, but the general salt for cooking and soap to wash hands in bathroom would have really helped as when you travel you don't want to bring "the house" with you :)

We couldn't find a pair of scissors in the kitchen. It would have been nice with a table on the roof terrace, it would have been perfect to have dinner there while watching the sun going down.

The location was perfect for discovering several lovely beaches in the west of Crete. The beach right next to the villa was also better than we had expected. This beach was a bit rocky but a couple of meters out the bottom was very nice and sandy. There were very few people on this beach and we had some of our best and most fun swims there. It was nice that the beach was so close that it was easy to walk there in swimwear. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hostess Stella was easy to get hold of and she was eager to help. It was easy to check into the villa even though we arrived very late in the evening. We could park our car right next to the villa. It was nice and clean. The villa was spacious and practical. There was a sun terrace on the entire roof of the villa which was very nice and with a lovely view over the sea. We had air conditioning in every bedroom as well as in the kitchen/living room. There were mosquito nets at all the windows and doors, but we didn't notice any problem with mosquitoes The beds were comfortable, softer than usual in southern Europe. It was very practical to have two bathrooms. The kitchen was practical and equipped with what we needed, even including a washing machine. The pool by the villa was quite nice. The area was calm and it was quiet at nights. It was easy to go by car to nearby Kissamos for shopping. There was a table and chairs in the garden practical for eating outside. There were also a few restaurants within walking distance from the villa. I especially recommend Sargos which serves not only fresh fish and Greek traditional food but also nice vegetarian dishes. We think we got very good value for money and would like to visit again in the future.

Nothing, it was perfect for what we needed, quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful setting, Villa was a good size with two balconies off both bedrooms, washing machine and dishwasher, good sized fridge freezer and good selection of crockery. Beds were comfy, plenty of storage, safe available, drying racks, table and chairs for the outdoor space and sun loungers around the pool. Close to three local tavernas and 2 minutes walk to the sea. Stella the hostess was fantastic and everything we asked for was provided very quickly. Car was needed to explore the area as it is a bit remote without one. 20 mins drive to Agia Marina which has lovely beaches, shops and plenty of restaurants and a Lidl and 40 minutes drive to Chania, which is beautiful with lots to see. The area is beautiful and a drive up into the mountains has stunning views. Would definitely return in the quieter season again.

The Villa was beautifully presented and well equipped. The Villa was straight across the road from beach, cafe and restaurants. Our hostess Stella was always ready to assist in any way. Would highly recommend !

The pool was good but I would have liked a more standard shape so I could swim up and down. Also it would have been good to have 2 expresso pods for each day rather than the four we got.

The facilities were great - especially good to have a washing machine after 10 days of travelling.The location to the beach and the tavernas so close. We liked the roof terrace as well

- ice came out one of the airco's and it was dripping a little - there were ants in the kitchen - very strange coffee machine, couldn't find pods so we needed to make coffee with the coffee filter - no supermarket nearby !! definitely need a car

Nice house with enough space for two families. The kids had a lot of fun in the shared pool.(5 villas shared one pool, but we usually were alone in the pool) Stella was very supportive during our stay, and after we left: my husband forgot his glasses there, and she organized the international shipment.

Even if the house was initially set up for 7 persons, there was not enough materials for 7 (spoons, knife, pans,…) Some stuffs were also broken inside the villa when we arrived (door handle, outdoor faucet,..)

Everything! The Villas are best suitable for families with children and for those who just want to rest away from city noise, as the villas are quite isolated.

Weak wifi and is in heavy use. Not quite beachfront or the nicest Beach, but this was not a surprise to us. We prepared dinner in the house and found the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans but not with basics like oil / salt. Also no paper products-there was toilet paper but no tissues or paper towels or such. We probably could've asked Stella but we didn't notice untiil after the info booth had closed for the day. Neither of these were major hangups.

Nice accommodations. We spent an easy 2 nights. Stella was easy to coordinate with and we enjoyed our stay.

There are 2 problems with this property: 1. Wifi is very poor and slow. Upstairs in the villa there was no signal at all. This is a problem if you want connectivity. 2. The pool is really small. In our block there were 5 villas sharing one small pool. More like a plunge pool than a proper pool although other blocks did have slightly bigger ones. Important to know that to get to the supermarket and town, you do need to drive, but that didn't bother us because we had a car.

The villa was lovely, spacious just like in the photos. Right across the road from the beachfront, lovely beach with some sand, some pebbles although to get to the really beautiful beaches in Crete you need to drive. A nice, quiet part of Crete which is what we were looking for. Stella was absolutely amazing - warm, friendly and really goes the extra mile to make everything as good as possible. She really made a difference to our experience from being average to wonderful. Thank you Stella - you're the best!

We noticed some missing stuff in the apartment when we arrived, but everything was fixed/provided the next day by Stella, the manager. She was super kind and always available when we had requests or questions.

We liked the swimming pool a lot. Our kids played when we were at home. The tavernas in front of the sea were also an impressive spectacle, we tried several of them . The apartment was provided with several comforts, a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Close by several beaches where to enjoy the good weather and relax.

We love the place, it was our second year, and we love it. The people are very nice, specially Stella, she’s so nice, the place are clean and it’s really comfortable, 50 mts to the beach. We highly recommended.

We stayed here 2 weeks and we enjoyed a lot our stay! The house was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the neat outdoors as well. Mrs. Stella was really kind. The communication was fast and effective. She helped us whenever we need. If we come back to Crete, we will stay here again!
