Due to covid restrictions, not every day cleaning was possible.

Villa very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Close to beach bar and two taverns but very quiet. Very good location if you want to be able to visit Chania but also the west and south coast of Crete.

The pool should be bigger.

The location is next to the beach, there are some local restaurants near the properties, not so much noise around the properties. The wifi connection it was really good. It was a nice quality and price.

Upon our arrival we found the house not as clean as we expected but we found in the house everything we need to fix it.

Our bathroom was a little tight.

Alexandra was very helpful with information and accommodating our additional requests. Nice swimming pool and location. They had people on location to maintain pool and anything thwart was needed.

Nothing to add - all was good

We have spend some days here before some years ago, so we knew the place. Spacious and comfy. Kids like the pool area. It's a good spot for further exploring the area on day trips (we had a rental car) to Falarsarna, Balos, Elafonisi ect.

There was some misunderstanding with the keys - looks like smb forgot to leave it for us and we came late at night due to flight delay - but we managed to get inside with terrace door. And received the key the next day.

Apartment is big, very clean and the hosts arranged also the additional cleaning in the middle of the week. Air conditioning, WiFi, all declared equipment is working. We heard neighbours, but it was due to small child mainly. Office is working the whole day - you could come to them for any enquiry. I would recommend the place definitely.

Sheets did not fit the beds and so rolled off in the night. Only two coffee capsules provided for a very strange-looking machine (unclear what brand it was) and no teabags at all.

Lots of space inside! A very warm welcome from the hostess - and a quick response when it turned out our shower unit was broken. upstairs and downstairs toilets in the two-bed villa.

I expected a villa by the sea with a sea view, as shown in the photos. That was not the case. It's all a bunch of buildings next to one another. I spent $1500 as a gift for my daughter's birthday. I would have never spent time or money. very low internet speed 6.8 download speed. In the bathroom, you have to put your belongings on the floor. There is nothing to hold things. It seems some developers put things together without any thought where the bed hit the dresser, and you can not open the drawer to put your things in. Worst place ever. Stella - the manager is the best thing that is there. Furthermore, I told Booking.com over and over, and they ignored me. I have booked over $8000 with you, and you ignore me? really? Is that how you treat a customer?

We stayed at house 8.1 The kitchen was horribly stocked. There were old 2 Euro pans that were all scratched and banged up/warped as the only pans available. All utensils, were cheap, the spoons were so flat you couldn't get hardly any liquid on them, the knives were incredibly dull and there were only two; one bread knife and one very dull large knive. There were no steak knives, no smaller knives. There was no spatula, no scissors (we went out and bought these and left them for the next renters). The cups were a hodgepodge of cups and not very many. This was a house for 6 people but only 2 bowls. (the host did promptly bring us more but, were small and cheap plastic). The sheets did not fit the bed and so would constantly come off the bed through the night, we ended up sleeping directly on the matress many times. They did not leave enough dishwasher tablets (only 2) for 5 days! (once asked the host brought us more) There were no laundry pods/detergent. One thing I hate is when I go on vacation is to have to go shopping for necessities when I arrived. This place needed many. There were also no pool/beach toys. The same house next to us had a whole bunch of stock pool/beach toys available. The terrace had nothing on it except two lonely lounge chairs with a ratty unbrella. There was no table or chairs to sit on to enjoy the view or enjoy dinner from the terrace. The house next to us had a full fledged grill on the terrace with a full dining table and lounge chairs, basically a fully stocked terrace to be enjoyed properly! We had basically nothing but a big empty terrace. The drying rack was the 5 Euro kind so, always tipping over. We did have a grill downstairs but it did not have any racks so we couldn't use it.

The host was wonderful and very responsive, the property was in good condition with nice aesthetics. It was nice to have all the doors with accessibility to the outside. The air conditioning was good.

The villa did not look like the images shown on booking.com. It was dated in decor and design whereas the images showed a more modern villa.

Location good for access to beaches. Easy check in and departure. Villa very clean!

Unfortunately on our first morning our toilets flooded into the living area and downstairs bedroom so we missed our first morning. We were moved to a different villa that had bunk beds in one tiny room. Not ideal for 2 adults so we didnt get the experience that we had paid for. . Sadly that spoilt our holiday somewhat

The staff were really pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Location was good as a base but definitely need car hire

We have rented 2 villas for the same price. One was close to the description in terms of space (two bedrooms on the 2nd floor and big studio on the 1st, another was too small - 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom on the 1st with a squeezed small studio area... Entrance in the sea on the beach is covered with big stones. It makes the entrance hard to pass without special footwear. Cleaning is available upon request in 24 hours as per description. In fact it was available in 2 days after request.

It was exactly what we were looking for: silent, not crowded place (suburbs of Kissamos), quiet beach in 100m from the villas, nice restaurant (Ble). At the same time close to some of the most demanded places to visit while on Crete: Balos lagoon, Chania town, Elafonisi beach, Falasarna beach, wineries. Delicious and inexpensive food. Tasty wine. Exceptional color of clean and warm sea.

Everything. The kitchen was poorly stocked. The couch was not even a couch but a weird bed covered in a cheap blanket. The mattresses in the beds were awful abs cheap. The villa was next door to a house where their dog barked all night forcing us to drive all over to find ear plugs. The host was not friendly and the chairs poolside were not even enough for everyone in our Peru to sit on
