Bed was quite firm. A kettle and drink making provisions in room would be a big plus.

There's nothing of significance to mention. Perhaps only that it was a little noisy around our room. But not enough to impact on anyone's comfort. All in all, very good and no complaints.

Impressive attention to detail and welcoming customer service. From the moment we walked in and throughout the stay, we were positively impressed with the positive and warm treatment from all staff, their helpfulness, and the little touches of hospitality. The breakfast was very good as well - we appreciated it with its fresh products and range of options what to have. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard.

The room was slightly cramped for a twin room but it was very comfortable

Our view was not great as the windows were very high.

The room was very comfortable and had a great modern bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with lots of items to choose from. Staff were also very attentive, friendly and welcoming.

My only compalint was I had to move furniture to be able to spread out my yoga mat. Not much room in the room.

It would have been nice to have a pool, but not the end of the world. One night they had a Greek night which we intended to go to but were rather tired so after dinner went straight to our room, but as we were on the first floor could hear the music which went on till quiet late, but nice for guests that wanted to go

When we got there we didn’t fancy going out to find somewhere to eat so asked in the bar and they made us a lovely toasted sandwich. While we chose to have breakfast at the hotel it was a bit disappointing as the choices were very limited. Would like to see more options for hot breakfast. However the cold food offered was good quality.

We loved our stay at Bella Venezia! The staff members were nice and ready to help at any point. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great if you want something close to old town centre. Also the team is constantly checking you are having a good time and are very polite. We loved the Greek music night that was arranged by the hotel and also was nicely impressed by the little sweets left in our room daily.
