We loved everything!

It was an absolute pleasure to have stayed here, the apartment gave a super homely element to our trip, we both felt so safe and comfortable, as woman solo travelers. Yiannis is thee best host, very kind and helpful. It was peaceful and beautiful. We will always be booking in Bella Vista for future travels to Andros, it exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous views, quiet location, good lighting and cleaned to perfection. Yiannis thank you so much for all your throughful gestures and providing us with a wonderful stay.

What a lovely place to stay. The owner is amazing. Super friendly and helpful. He even left us a bottle of wine which was very tasty. And one day we came back. I had left us gifts to take home. Very very nice. Beautiful beach view and lovely. Recently remodeled room. I would stay here over and over.

Amazing, studio had everything including 3 types of coffee! Very well maintained, exactally as the pictures, the view from the balcony was outstanding, could spend the week sitting there, the location, studio, host, Batsi were all unbelivable!

Maybe the best view of Batsi. Amzing location walking distance to all amenities (supermarket, bars, restaurants, coffee shops) and to the beach. Mr Yiannis is an amazing host, very polite and very welcome. he did everything to have an amazing stay.

Noise outside super market next door late at night.

The apartment had everything: including binoculars and beach towels. Nice touch. Great location and proximity to beach. Value for money.

The location is beautiful, directly at the beach. The surrounding village is very cute. The flat is nice and cosy and the host was superhelpful

The bathroom is very small, just enough space to handle one person at the time. Appartment is only cleaned once per three days, same counts for towels. Also emptying the bucket for the toilet is not daily, with temeratures like in Greece this is a must.

The location of the appartment in Batsi is amazing. The appartment is located above a restaurant, direct at the beach. Batsi is the best place to be on Andros, very cosy village with nice restaurants at the boulevard and a good place to spend your day and evenings. Just leave the appartment, go down one stair and you are at the boulevard. There is also a small supermarket and cash machine at same spot. The appartment itself is not big but you have all you need. When you enter you get into the kitchen annex bedroom, nets is a small room with a couch and from there you get to the cosy balcony with an amazing view. When entering the appartment and then to the right you get into a small bathroom.

Howevwer if you want to live close to the beach, bars and restaurants, you have to put up with a bit of noise when you sit on the balcony

We had a wonderfull 7 days stay at Bella Vista. The appartement is located central close to bars and restaurants and it has a fantastic view over the beach. The appartement was nice and clean and in Yiannis we had a very helpfull and kind host.

Everything!!!! and the owner Yiannis is such a nice guy - he collected us from the port and took us back there for our departure. The apartments are so well equipped and chic - the view is unbelievable.

Location and view from the balcony. Very picturesque. Spacious apartment with good facilities for a comfortable stay. Evening sunshine on the balcony was lovely. Comfortable bed, compact and clean bathroom with decent shower. Close to bars and tavernas, buses and taxis.

The bed is not so convinient a bit jampy, the shower is open and water gets allover, isolation between rooms is poor, noise can be heard between rooms..

The owner Yanis is very nice, the location in Batsi is great, rooms are very clean.. Price is fair.

Our room was overlooking Batsi beach; we really appreciated the view from the little balcony. The room was spacious and everything was well thought, beyond expectation. The kitchen included all needed to make different sorts of coffee, we were offered beach towels to borrow, there was even a bookshelf with a selection of Greek/English/french books to choose from. The host was very polite, flexible to facilitate our check in/check out. Definitely recommended!

The Bella Vista is in a perfect location for walking to all the restaurants/bars and the beach is just a stones throw away. The views from the room are amazing, the room itself was spacious. Yiannis the owner is so lovely and on hand to help with any needs. If visiting Batsi, Bella Vista is the place to stay.

Only downside was the size of the shower and the bathroom.

First of all mr. giannis was an exceptional host. he is there to assist and help whatever you need. Amazing location, just a step to the beach. The room was ready for us and mr giannis gave us a tour and explaned everything for the apartment and the area in general. he even had a covid package with hand gel, masks and instructions. the room was renovated recently so everything was brand new. beds, white goods, ac, closets etc. the view from the balcony is a dream. summer cold breeze from the aegean sea with a side to batsi beach. you should visit once.
