The staff were incredibly polite and couldn't do enough for you if you needed anything. The room was very spacious and cleaned to a high standard. Every room also has a balcony which adds such a lovely touch to the rooms. The pool was wonderful too and my 8 year old loved going in there every day! I would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning when we visit Kos again.

Very warm welcome by the reception. Rooms are good enough, breakfast is very good. Most important is very close to the city centre, atractions, and old town.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property

All of the staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous! We want to make special mention of Gergana & Natasha in the evening bar & Michael during the day - such amazing people who made our stay so extra special. Our room was really spacious, comfortable & was kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good & the bar food excellent. We loved everything about this hotel, the location, staff, food, comfort & cleanliness were all perfect. Nothing could be improved upon!

Steps at front entrance need paint at the edges . A bit steep. Lit up at night so easier to see . Used ramp when we were there

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I loved the outdoor swimming pool. It's great to have the use of swimming robe and be able to hire a swimming towel with a returable deposit. The breakfast were good with plenty of choice. Lovely pool bar for drinks and snacks. Bedrooms were large and well maintained daily. Safe facility. Kettle ,with tea and coffee . A short walk to the Port and a selection of great restaurants. Shops nearby. Supermarket next door.

Pool closed early (1800) I was only able to use one day. Also when I asked about buses to Asklipeon I was told to take a taxi. I actually got a bus

It would be nice to have more vegetarian options in breakfast- it did have the standard eggs, cereals, cakes etc but would have been nice to see a bit more!

Rooms were spacious and clean! The staff were lovely- especially the girl named Natasha who worked in the restaurant and her colleague who was Bulgarian. They were so kind to us and looked after us well! Those who helped served breakfast were also kind- always smiling.

Check-out time is 11:00, which is a bit early. However the reception staff is always understanding and does not mind if you leave later depending on the hotel's occupancy.

We stay here every time we come to Kos. All personnel are always smiling and helpful. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to ferry, shops, restaurants and historical places to visit.

I enjoyed my Stay there. It was clean and the staff were mostly friendly. I mean I had no issues with the staff at all, but during the breakfast, they were ok. The breakfast was not wow, I can say it was moderate. Location for the old town was great. All in all was worth it and can do it again.

We travelled in the off season and so found ourselves indoors in the evening. Our had a smart tv but no netflix or online apps to login to

overall great hotel, staff, food, location was great. I would go again.

Some of the tables of the breakfast lounge are not visible from the entrance of the room which created a little chaos on our 1st attempt of having breakfast. The hotel must have been totally packed with people or close to that so the people trying to get breakfast, not being able to see the available tables, created a queue of around 20 people in the hotel lobby. There was a member of the staff welcoming the people but maybe a breakfast usher on the fully booked days could be the solution. Different subject maybe the fridge in the room could be a little cooler.

The location is absolutely perfect, close enough to the centre of Kos to make everything accessible, not that near to be bothered by the downtown noises of the nightlife. The breakfast was so full of choices that made it impressive. The staff at the pool bar and the breakfast lounge were polite, energetic and eager to help any way possible, no matter how early in the morning or late in the afternoon it was. The rooms were clean and spacious. I was completely satisfied with my stay.

The ‘hot’ breakfast items are nothing special though freshly cooked eggs are nice. Continental selection is much more appetising.

Spotlessly clean throughout. Very nicely appointed rooms and a lovely indoor Spa Pool which is free to guests. Quiet outdoor pool area with drinks service. Very good breakfast selection.

The "spa" is only a warm pool. If you want to use the sauna or make a circuit, you need to pay extra. That is not what a 4 star hotel normally claims for Spa. It was disappointing

Everything was amazing, it was big, clean and super comfortable. The room are massive & there is a balcony and there is always someone ready to change your bed sheets in the morning & give you more shower gel & towels if you need any. Every staff member was very polite and always greeted me when I passed by. The facilities are a plus, you have the pool, the spa, a restaurant, a bar… service outside everything you can ask for on holidays. They have a app that tells you about local activities. Bag weighing if you need… literally they thought about everything. I not only recommend this 1000% I’m going back myself for longer period of time.

Having the availability of maple syrup for the pancakes would’ve been great.

The service & staff were excellent, however the hot buffet needed more ‘Greek’ influence/variety. Adding a water dispenser would streamline the customer buffet experience.

It would be nice if the quality of the food would be better like natural, not diluted juices. The hotel is located in the busiest part of the town, between some residential buildings, not enough parking area, 15-20 min to the pier and main restaurants (parking is not allowed in the center). Children are not allowed to Spa and Sauna and you need to pay separately for this.

It’s our 2nd stay in this hotel. Both my daughter and I loved warm water in the swimming pool outside. The hotel workers were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we had peaceful slip during all nights . It was nice to see some familiar staff faces. Breakfast is from 7:00-10:30, there are various options like eggs, fruits, serials, porridge, ham. Thank you so much for making us happy.
