The first room was very small ,but asked to change rooms with no problem,husband got dermatitis on feet ,caused by dirty water ,they could do with using bleach in bathrooms.other than that staff amazingly friendly,beds clean and comfy ,food good.on website says it’s hotel and spa so was hoping to relax with massage ,but didn’t meet expectations.good hotel if looking for relaxation,as a bit far out from main activities.

In the rooms with the jacuzzi, the internet was weak, it was impossible to use. The rooms are new, therefore more improvement is necessary, to equip the kitchen with all necessary, such as pots.

It was a great location with well maintained facilities, just like on the pictures.

Written communication with long response time Did not get the family room with two bedrooms but got another room type with only one bedroom. (It was a nice room but with two kids it wasnt as comfortable as the bigger one) If you offer lunch from 13:00 in a child friendly hotel, you should not insist on providing the room service around 15:00 while the kids are having their naps. They agreed to change the timing but after 2 days and on they changed it back. Baby cot was missing the mattress Noisy evening events either in this hotel or the neighbouring ones

Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough in our room, but we aren’t complaining.

Great location, close to beach, stores, restaurants and some attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was awesome, so many delicious dishes to choose from.The cocktails and the live shows excited our evenings. Honestly it was hard to leave that place.

Wi Fi did not work in the suites as well as in the common areas

It was first vacation with out baby and we had a great time. The room has all the facilities to prepare baby formula and food - kettle, microwave, fridge, stove etc. The saff loves children and everyone was very nice. The pools are fantastic - both big and baby paddling pool. They are not too deep so the water heats quickly, so baby could enjoy splashing too. Hotel was very close to the beaches. Relatively easy to go everywhere with a pram There was some entertainment in the pool area on some of the nights and it was a nice bonus. Food was varied, breakfasts were standard choice with some variety of British food like in most resorts. Dinners offered some Greek and international dishes. There was something different every night - we stayed for a week and nothing was a repeat. The baclava for dessert was great. Lots of fresh and cooked veggies and different types of meat every night. Gyros was nice. Food exceeded my expectations and I gladly tried lots of Greek dishes.

in our room the kitchen was completely empty and we had to buy kitchen tools. The kids club was messy and lack of games for toddlers.

The only downside is the large concentration of British tourists who are sometimes really inconsiderate (they occupy the sunbeds by the pool even though it is located elsewhere, they waste food, they act superior, etc.), but of course it depends on the particular person or family and the hotel is not to blame.

The hotel is located in a nice and lively area. There are two beautiful beaches nearby. Absolutely excellent staff throughout the hotel. Everyone works at 150% to ensure the best service - the bartenders and waiters are incredible. A big shout out to the hotel chefs, all the food was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to the great receptionist Maria, who helped us a lot in many things, as we were not on vacation with a travel agency but on our own.

Food could have been hotter, often luke warm. Coffee machines often not working well, i.e. no milk served and usually only poured half a cup. The desserts were really poor. Other food was decent although on too many occasions there were no labels to let you know what was being served. The German customers appeared to get treated better, they were often given table service for their drinks the one evening there was entertainment by the poolside. We had to go to the bar ourselves, just seemed a little unfair really.

The staff were really lovely, very helpful. The cleaners did a great job but did tend to come too early. The location is perfect. So close to a gorgeous stretch of beach and to some lovely shops and Tavernas. Plenty of loungers by the pool and the environment was really quiet and relaxing.

You could tell that the room is a bit older, but we didn’t mind it really. The staff that worked at breakfast wasn’t in the best mood sometimes haha.

It is a smaller older hotel with nice atmosphere, we felt like at home. Especially staff at dinner were so so nice! And the ladies from housekeeping as well, thank you very much. No problem at getting a place by the pool. Everyone was friendly to out daughter. The location is amazing, so close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants.

There was nothing i didnt like but there are things they could imrove. 1. WLan was working but the speed is slow....it did load most apps but the Download could get an upgrade. 2. Food is focused mostly on British people. You could allways get an full english at any time tho...In my opinion they should serve more greek cuisine. 3. I did expect that i will get a suite apartment with livingroom etc but instead received an 3 beds room. First i was disappointed but it wasnt such big of a deal later. So be more transparent online with the rooms you get when you book.

Blue Aegean is a really great Hotel! Especially the owners Familie and staff :) During our stay we treated very kindly and as friends! Especially Stefan is a great guy. His open behavior and kindliness is rarely seen this days. The rooms were clean and modern. Room service did the job great. Food is good and allways enough. Beach is not from the Hotel but is good and not crowded.

I would prefer more variety in food and especially fruit. It was a bit monotonous. There were 3 types of pasta every day, french fries, meat, potatoes. We would preffered more grilled food (meat, fish, vegetables), more seafood.

Small family hotel, friendly staff, close to the beautiful beach. We have booked quite spaceous apartment which was just by the pool. Rooms were always clean, bed was comfortable, wifi and A/C in our apartment worked well. There is a possibility to take COVID test in the hotel´s premises which is a great advantage these days. Guests were mainly from Poland, Czech Republic or Russia, mostly with kids. Entertainment was twice a week.

The amendments of the bathroom in the room we had could be renewed.

Staff was very kind and friendly. The food was exceptionally delicious! Location of the hotel is right by the beach. Little shops/markets are around the corner. We can definitely recommend the Blue Aegean Hotel.
