The only only thing i would change is making the cement around the beach/water front area smoother....it was tad unfinished. But this is a tiny issue.

We loved this place! Although we came at end of the season, the accommodation was perfect and we wish we has come in the summer. The beds were amazingly comfy, the kitchen the right size with everything one would need, the balconies were gorgeous. We loved the cabana beds and the kids loved the sup and kayak.

We stayed at Calypso Villas for 4 nights and I can just say it was EXCELLENT! We were working over the day but during our lunch break, thanks to the villa being directly on the beach, we were able to take a bath and relax in the sun. The beach is excellent, very clean and nice organized and the water is not shallow at all and very clean. We only wished we could have stayed more! Btw, the sunrise from the room is unique!

The location, staff and breakfast were all outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to help us arrange trips, give recommendations, and even searched for (and found!) a missing earring! The location was also perfect. The property itself is beautiful, with a large outdoor patio providing a beautiful sea view. There is easy access to the sea - a few steps down to a a small sandy beach where you can swim in clear, blue water. We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Calypso Villas.

No real downs, other than maybe adding options to the daily service to reduce amount of linen etc washed. Cannot fault the quality of the daily service, they did a thorough clean and were very polite

Beautiful surroundings, breath taking view from the balcony, fab breakfast delivered each morning and an attentive but non-invasive group of staff. We used the laundry service which has greatly reduced the washing when we got home, that was both fairly priced and a same day service. The team gave us some great recommendations and wanted us to enjoy ourselves.

If you plan on going out to restaurants around other areas, you will need transportation. The roads are windy and it takes time to travel even 5 miles so don’t expect a quick drive to other areas

Owner, Katerina was welcoming, kind and a great host. The property pictures online do not truly share the beauty of this property. The wonderful beach with crystal clear water was the highlight! The property offered spots to lounge and relax in comfort and had a kayak, paddle board and water toys to use freely. The villas include beach towels, daily cleaning service and a hot full breakfast for a fee that is delivered to your room. There is a few eateries with wonderful food that you can walk to right from the beach. There is a grocery store, beach store etc you can walk to, but be careful due to traffic and not a big walking shoulder on the roads. Katerina is willing to help guests in any way and was visibly available if we needed anything. She was so kind and we met her cousin and her husband who were equally as delightful. She is very proud of her villas as she should be. We loved being there and wished we were staying much longer get. This area of Zakynthos is quiet, not touristy-which is why we all loved it! My son’s friend who is a local said it’s the best area to stay.

Such a lovely, lovely property and should we come to Zante again we will stay there! The only strange thing was that there were only two pods of coffee available for four people staying in a two bedroom villa. When I inquired about this, there was no response other than that's just the way it is. It seems like its such a small price to make sure your guests are accommodated for. All in all a lovely place but that was just a funny little thing.

This place is paradise! The location is wonderful, the villa is beautiful, clean, well equipped, our hosts Katherina and Nick were very kind and incredibly hospitable and any requests we had were dealt with flexibly. The staff are also the best, they are kind, humble, smiling and Maya makes a wonderful breakfast which was delicious, we had a varied breakfast every day, we loved it! We had a great time, would love to return in the future!

We were lucky enough to be the first to enjoy this new apartment at Calypso Villas for an extended w-e. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, everything was perfect. Gina and her team welcomed us like family and helped us with everything. I cannot thank them enough for all their attention to detail and their support in everything, including staying up till midnight to bring us the cake for my girlfriend’s birthday. And let’s not forget the magnificent (and huge) breakfast that we never managed to eat in its entirety. Combine all this with a sunrise visible from bed and you will get your piece of paradise. 10/10!!

The location, suite and the staff were amazing! The breakfast was very luxurious and the staff was kind, they gave us suggestions for restaurants in the neighbourhood and helped us with booking a taxi to the airport.
