Really difficult to find something that's lacking, I would return 100%.

Amazingly good stay with the most wonderful staff I've seen in years! The rooms are comfy, clean and quiet and the bar downstairs is cosy and the owners will serve you the best cocktails. Also, there's free parking and two fig trees you can indulge in.

Superb place to stay, highly recommended. 1. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. 2. The room was great, and the balcony was a good place to work / read, both quiet and with a calm view. 3. They were also very considerate in meeting my quirks - early check-in, no cleaning a couple of mornings so I could sleep/work (the room was spotlessly cleaned on check-in). 4. All in all a top-quality and thoughtful team here. Ten out of ten.

I stayed here for four nights. As per many reviews, they made my stay wonderful. I was travelling alone and it was my first time in Greece, but I felt comfortable and at home all day long. They were always sincerely helpful to me and all their guests and cared every time we saw each other. Vasilis, his mother, the beautiful lady with the smile who cleans the room every day, they are all really nice people. If you are not looking for luxury accommodation, you will be happy with the cleanliness and comfort of this accommodation. And you can unwind after a long day at the bar, which opens in the evening. The mojitos made by Vasilis were also excellent. I am now in Santorini and can't wait to return to Cannon! I will definitely return there again.

Everything!!!!!!! Vasilis was great, friendly and helpful, suggesting me places to visit (which really were dope !), making me a drink, listening to my stories at the bar or even sharing some of his own stories. Whenever i was coming back he always greeted me and was glad if i join him by his bar. Bed was great! Good mattress, better than i got at home. Room is large, bathroom is large, cleaning was fine. Air conditioner was fine. Dude! I have to put 10. Had a very small interaction with his mom, but she seemed to be lovely. I had doubts because of bar, but it appears His bar is quiet place, music is there, but totally not loud, you could never hear it from your room and it closes quite early(like 1am roughly) He also has ideas and constantly is improving that place. Again, he is very friendly and tries to make your staying there a pleasant experience, what else do you need....?

It was one of the best holiday I've ever had, and this is mainly because of the hospitality of owners & staff of Cannon Studios & Rooms. They are a lot more than a host. They became like a family to me. I felt at home and having a holiday with my best friends & family even though I went there alone. Beyond these, their service, cleanliness of rooms, facilities, value for money are top notch. Now I am planning the earliest date possible to go there again.

I cannot recommend Cannon Studios and rooms highly enough! The rooms are spotless and comfortable and the grounds and bar area are gorgeous. I received the warmest of welcomes and this warmth continued throughout my stay. The place is surrounded by fruit trees and you’re not only allowed to help yourself, but are encouraged to! Cathy, Vasilis and Louise all go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay and live by their motto of, “arrive as strangers and leave as friends”. They are always happy to give advice/ recommendations and go out of their way to ensure a great stay. This was my first stay with them but definitely not the last.

Excellent owner and staff....very friendly and welcoming! Very good location for the beach...a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of shops/restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The aircon was much needed and was included in the price....which was excellent value! A lot of apartments charge extra for air con, so check before booking elsewhere!

The owners are super friendly and they does everything to put you at hease. They are very sensitive to the travellers giving very good advices of where to go. I also apprechiated a lot the history behind the name of the hotel. Above all it was a very good price for a very confortable room and good stay.

Everything was perfect

PERFECT ACCOMODATION in a perfect location. The Tokouzis family runs this business with a lot of love, providing a warm welcome and being extremely friendly and hospitable from the first night to the last night. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily. The apartment is close to the beach, the harbor, and the center of Faliraki. There's a huge sandy beach nearby with lots of facilities and numerous beach clubs. The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away, so you can explore the whole of Rhodes without needing a rental car and in just a 5-minute walk away, there are two large supermarkets and a bakery that are much cheaper than the stores in the city center. Anthony Quinn Bay, which is considered one of the biggest attractions on the island, is only 3 kilometers away, along with numerous other highlights on the island. Absolutely the number one accommodation in Rhodes, I highly recommend Cannon Bar Faliraki, can't wait to come again!!

I liked Cannon Studios a lot, everything was super clean, simply set up but all I needed was there. The atmosphere was just great, I slept super well, very much home vibe and feeling, super nice and welcoming owners, very nice bar to sit for a glass of wine! Great value for money!

Really the plus: Vasilis and his kind mom, Kate: super welcoming! U feel like a their relative. Also the housekeeper is very nice. My studio was very large(3 single beds), spotless, silent and fresh (I didn't use air cond at all). Mattress is very good. The little kitchenette is well furnished. Free parking area inside.The studios are in Faliraki quite area, easy to go everywhere, a lot of shops and services nearby (backery,supermrkt, bus stop,..) I definitely raccomand it! Drink last glass with Vasilis at night.
