Couldn't charge back to your room.

The staff were friendly, location perfect, beautiful grounds and fantastic restaurant and swimming pool. The water was so warm. We stayed in a pool suite, which was great, but it is starting to look a bit tired, The bathroom could do with a freshen up, and the heatpumps were a bit noisy. However, we still really enjoyed the space. Would definitely come back.

Some shutters on the blinds in the room were broken, so light came through and stopped the room being blacked out competely. Troublesome when travelling with infants. The food options could be much better for vegans/vegetarians including the breakfast. Very limited options. It's such a lovely resort, it's a shame that the restaurant is underutilised. Seems like a missed opportunity. To control the lights outside your room at night, you had to call the maintenance team to switch on/off.

Great villa with large pool. Really welcoming staff and great location. The resort looks fantastic.

Not a great food offering, but plenty of really good places within 50metres like Ohana's and Bali Eco Deli. The breakfast was decent enough. Most of the food was covered properly, so seems like they've improved in that area. Pool area music was not good. Just pay for the ad free Spotify and load up some decent playlists. Rotation of 5 cover songs over and over was frustrating.

Private pool, beachfront pool and beach access for the price was a winner. Staff were all ultra friendly and helpful. Loved the beach views looking out to Abandoned Crane surf break. Jungut Batu is probably the best area to stay, as long as you get a moped to get over the hill to places like Mushroom Bay and Dream Beach. Villa pool was well maintained and the water was nice and clean.

Grand pool villa was nice but a bit dated. The Grand villas are street side so quite far from the beach. Other pool villas are near the beach / main pool and looked nice. Sink in bathroom not draining. Need to supply more drinking water or at least central water stations for refills to discourage plastic bottle purchases. Drinks from the bar too expensive so went next door or bought from shops. The resort caters for large Chinese day trip groups who take over the pool and sun lounges for several hours which was not pleasant.

Beautiful beachfront setting with lovely pool and generally enough good quality sun lounges. Private pool was nice. Very friendly staff. Lovely and well kept grounds. Breakfast was quite ok contrary to a lot of other comments.

Quality of food for the non Asian choices apart from the fish was quite poor so we didn't really eat there much. Massages were very expensive compared to the local spas.

The villa was closed off to the resort with a wall around the private courtyard and the keycard let you in to the courtyard-this was fine however the door to the inside of the room didn’t lock properly and the door to the outdoor bathroom didn’t lock so I felt this not as secure as I’d of liked it to be for a solo traveler. I was worried about monkeys getting in/someone could have jumped the wall around the courtyard in. The security are 24/7 at the hotel but there is a public lane between the two sides of the resort that was right near my room. This island felt very safe nonetheless and nothing happened.

The location was the absolute highlight. If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place. The staff were so lovely, happy and helpful. They organised my snorkling trip (which was amazing), sorted me a scooter to hire and had great recommendations.

We did not like the bathroom as it looked unfinished with a sand pit recess the size of a shower adjacent the water closest. The sand pit should have been landscaped with pebbles and plants. We complained about this situation after spending two nights there and a hotel staff member showed us a similar room with a slightly landscaped sand pit recess. However we were still unhappy about the situation and to our amazement later in that day we received good news, the management of the hotel resort upgraded us to a villa which contained our own pool in which we spent the remaining five nights.

The location of the property was on the beach and pleasant landscape areas surrounding the villas. Easy access to the busy street and Lemongrass restaurant.

Had to wheel our own luggage to the room from the front reception, this type of hotel you would not expect to transport your own luggage to your room. On entertaining the room swipe card did not work and this took 3 hours to fix. We could not leave the room in that time. Men working on construction of a villa over the back of the property we're looking into our Villa and us in the pool. We were offered floating breakfast, as compensation. but as breakfast was not that great and we already had breakfast in the price of our stay we declined this offer. Later management offered complimentary massage for the ladies and we did appreciate this. But our husbands were not offered anything. We were offered 2 adjoining one bedroom Villa with a pool in compensation for workers looking into the Vila. However the whole point of our holiday with our friends was to enjoy a single pool that we could all relax in. Toilet leaking in both bathrooms. The choice and quality of food for breakfast. Over priced drinks and food in the restaurant. Drinks appeared to be dilated, food very ordinary. Lembongan beach club has so much potential to be amazing. With the right decor, good basic tasty food with good drinks that are not over priced. Management could create an amazing atmosphere and experience for their clients, in turn this would improve their business. Win win for everyone.

Having a 2 bedroom villa with pool. Staff Beautiful spot on the beach. It would be even better if it had shade by the pool and if more atmosphere could be creative by the hotel with decoration/music etc to be more inviting.

The cupboard in my room that wouldn’t close, the sliding bathroom door which jammed on my hand twice. The very expensive laundry The very uninspiring food on offer- though we had an all inclusive package we only ate a couple of times at the hotel- I like fruit at breakfast but it was always melon and papaya- no variation ( I can get these at home and would like a better variety to actually make us feel we are on holiday) The local shops are full of rambutan, mangosteens baby bananas and mango’s - We tried a lunch …it took 45 minutes for the first course to arrive then another 1/2 hr for the main at which point we gave up on desert as we had lost our appetite- The fish was so over cooked it was stringy and I don’t understand the sauce it came with was just a smear … so dry - this also happened with the chicken -overcooked and a teaspoon of sauce! There are some fabulous restaurants along the beach so we ate out all the time - With some modernised thinking and bold initiative this place has loads of potential -

Location was excellent-right on the beach and close to everything. The rooms were well appointed with an exceptionally comfortable bed-( though the furniture needs updating) The staff were always so hospitable and friendly. They made a lovely job of decorating my daughters room for her birthday. The grounds are beautifully kept to a high standard and the hotel is picturesque

Poor communication with boat transfers and booked our own even tho this was included in cost of the room. Room was overpriced and in need of maintenance as door to outside bathroom would not close, bathroom not finished off and sink didn’t drain. No shade over any of pool.

Location is on beach excellent and staff are very friendly. Room decorated with balloons for partners birthday.
