Moment when we step out of the hotel with bags as we need tor return to regular life. It felt being banished form heaven :( I can’t think about anything bad in Casa Cook, it was marvelous experience!

Our stay in Casa Cook Mykonos was wonderful. Location of Hotel is spectacular, and the view of Aegean sea is stunning. Hospitality of hotel Crew was brilliant and one of the best I ever had. Their help, smiles and professionalism was top notch and should be a golden example for others. I want to thank Them for their service, guides and ideas about places in Mykanos and on other Greek islands. Hotel design, rooms interiors even swimming pool area are very stylish, elegant, eye catchy, clean and still pragmatic. Kitchen chef and his staff are genius and menu offered by them was delicious and beautiful – fantastic! Without doubt I would like to return for another holiday.

Considering that the hotel has only been open for a year or so, there were already some scratches and signs of usage on the furniture in the room. Gym was nice, yet here also something was broken.

Amazing property, felt very cozy and personal, the staff was the best - super caring, attentive, always friendly and always there. Amazing à la carte breakfast, everything was freshly prepared to our liking, you could tell that the chef was very passionate about the ingredients and really cares that we the customers were happy. We had a lovely week!!

The island is small anyhow but the location of this hotel is a little isolated in comparison to other hotels but nothing a short taxi ride cannot resolve. The only fault I can possibly find is that the hotel wasn’t full (which added to the relaxing calm vibe to be honest) but if possible, free room upgrades would have been appreciated, assuming they were not in use.

The food and team here are both amazing! Its one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The rooms/suites are very nice and well kept. The staff are very attentive - small details such as staff always topping up your glass of water around the pool etc. The cocktails are great but the food here is particularly special. Breakfast until midday is a nice touch and it is probably the nicest and most generous hotel breakfast I have ever had anywhere.

The walk to the beach (Ornos) was a little longer than we wanted and taxi's in Mykonos although have improved a lot since our last visit are quite difficult to get and quite expensive . We knew that before our trip so wasn't a shock. Again though, the staff were very patient and persistent with the taxi companies and ensured we got where we needed to be.

The staff were exceptional ....so friendly and really couldnt do enough to ensure we had everything we needed. Very well trained to ensure that the service wasn't overpowering and was there when you needed it. The food was exceptional also ....quality and presentation was one of the best I've experienced . Bravo !

I enjoyed each day at CasaCook Hotel, everything was gorgeous, the views, the room, the food and expecially the staff, the kindest people ever. I highly suggest to choose this hotel if you visit Mykonos. ps: try the shrimp brioche from the food menu if you get a chance (best thing ever).

Location. More specifically having a road with traffic (trucks) just 2 meters from the private pool is really not what you would expect from a resort like that + electric poles also in the view everywhere makes it hard to fully appreciate the location. Final note: no hairdryer provided (really).

While not an issue for us, it is quite a distance from many of the mykonos hot-spots and taxis are very expensive so tricky to get around unless you have a car/quad bike.

The staff at Casa Cook are so friendly and welcoming. We loved having a chat with Maria, George and the whole team each day and they truly made our stay so wonderful. All meals were very delicious and authentic. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed.

Music by the pool could be turned off earlier at night

Food is prepared by a fantastic Chef and his skilled team. There is a huge variety of dishes prepared for the breakfast. Signature dishes for dinner are very nice : Orzo with Lobster or Lamb chops are really outstanding. Congratulations to the chef and his team ! The Chef takes the time to visit clients and explain his cuisine. Service is really nice. Special mention to Athanassia (who works from the afternoon till end of day), to Maria at breakfast, to the young Barman from Kalamata, to the maids in charge of cleaning our bedroom : we thank all of them for their kind and professional service Decoration of the hotel is really nice Our room was large and decorated with taste

it’s a little out of the way from the rest of the main Mykonos attractions. it’s not something that bothered me but may be worth noting if you plan on going out every night.

The shower often flooded.

Everything. The hotel is new, clean, the pool is amazing and we also enjoyed the Jacuzzi in our suite (as well as the yard). Our room was big, stylish, the beg is huge and very comfy. The breakfast is a la carte and delicious, the view while eating it is gorgeous. We also enjoyed the food or ordered during the day. The staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful, it made our vacation so much better. We also enjoyed a great massage. Special thanks so Antonis and Costa, see you guys very soon.
