Exceptional hotel in a very beautiful and charming place. We had truly fantastic experience staying there, one of the best hotels we ever stayed! Rooms were huge with mindblowing view and incredible design. Staff were super friendly and very welcoming. The quality of service is amazing. The food is super delicious and served with style - we got very unique and unforgetebale moments staying there. We expected this place to be extremely good but it exceeded our already high expectations!

Breakfast was delicious and well varied. With swift and helpful friendly staff Lunchtime was sadly poor in comparison food wise. If this was to improve we would have eaten there more often , but because of this we ate at the hotel only for breakfast

The only thing missing in the rooms was a garbage bin and coffee machine.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! It sits on gorgeous property, the hotel itself is beautiful, the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. There was a huge breakfast allowing for anyone to find something that suits their taste. There are many beautiful pools to enjoy. Our flight back was cancelled unexpectedly and the staff was very kind and helpful in helping us and even allowed us to keep our room for an extra night at the same price per night we paid throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning! I also want to recommend renting a car who Rhodos Cars. We rented from the airport and were pleased to find out that they had a representative available at Casa Cooks hotel. Kostas went above and beyond to help us when we had a flat tire and even checked in on us and the car every day before we left the hotel. He also helped us extend our car rental by a day at a very reasonable fee. They truly made us feel at home!

No tissues in the room . No drawers to store your things . No tea or coffee making facilities . It would be nice to have a sake ton of games and books in the bar area. Maybe one night there could be some live entertainment .

For me, the only downside was that we booked this room specifically for the indoor jacuzzi facility. It turned out that the jacuzzi was inside the swimming pool, which wouldn't have been an issue in mid-August. However, since it was early in the season, the water was too cold to stay in for a long period of time. It would be beneficial to update the pictures to ensure no one is left disappointed

The hotel was amazing. We were welcomed with a fresh drink, which was highly appreciated after a 5-hour flight. We were then shown around the property and escorted to our room. The room was bright and beautiful. The swimming pool was clean, and there was a nice bottle waiting for us in the room. We opted for half board, and it was truly impressive. The staff was always smiling, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond. They even paid special attention to my partner's birthday by offering us a birthday cake and a bottle of sparkling wine, which was a really nice surprise.

The only small criticisms which would’ve made this place perfect is having proper shelves in the very large wardrobes and having hooks in the rooms to hang towels when wet.

Everything was exceptional! We’ve stayed in some amazing places, however this is most definitely the best place we’ve stayed. The facilities were perfect, the staff were incredible and the food was delicious! We upgraded to half board and it was the best decision we made! We will be back in the future.

The pool was too cold, which is not surprising considering only mid April, but we would have used it if it had been heated/warmer.

We were upgraded at checking in to a lovely prestigious suite which was spacious and comfortable with it's own private pool and lovely views of the adjacent mountain. Staff attention was excellent as was the buffet breakfast with a wide choice of delicious food.

Our stay at Casa Cook Rhodes was simply unforgettable. The breakfast surpassed all expectations – even my girlfriend, who has visited numerous 5-star hotels, couldn't name a better breakfast. The staff were extremely attentive and seemed to anticipate our every need. The cleaning was meticulous and thorough down to the smallest detail. An unexpected complimentary upgrade from the Loft Suite to the Private Pool Suite was the cherry on top of our stay. Although we didn't have a private whirlpool as booked, we were able to use the spa's whirlpool as an alternative, free of charge. The hotel's restaurant, while slightly pricier, more than made up for it with its quality, and the savings on taxi fares to an external restaurant were significant. The welcome gift of Prosecco, a fruit platter, and a bottle of water was a nice touch. Privacy was always respected, and we felt comfortable and secure at all times. The conference room was perfect for our remote meeting needs. Casa Cook exceeded our expectations in every way. The high-quality Korres shower and body care products were replenished daily, adding to our overall well-being. We highly recommend Casa Cook Rhodes and will definitely be back!

Casa Cook is top of the top. A beautiful oasis next to the fantastic nature of Rhodes. Casa Cook has a beautiful area of the small casa’s, an open area with supercomfy sunbeds and a nice bar and restaurant area. During daytime you can have your drinks and food ordered next to the pool as well. The restaurant has a bit of variety for different menus. Our room had direct access to our own small pool (shared with 8 rooms), the hotel has gym facilities and a tennis court (although hard base). The direct pool access was why I was sold for the place when booking and what a decision that was! What we liked the most is the staff. Everyone from the reception to the housekeeping, the restaurant staff, absolutely everyone was sooo! friendly and offered the best service. We’ve been travelling quite a lot but this is definitely on a next level. We would especially like to point out Christopher and his team running the whole bar/restaurant area. His kindness, positivity and phenomenal communication skills did make our stay even more wonderful. Although we did go to see the island, therefore spent some days away from Casa Cook, during our 9-night stay there at no point we really wanted or needed to go away. This tells you something :)

The only slight negative for me was my spa experience, I booked the face massage but compared to other similar treatments I’ve had at home in London I was a bit disappointed. But the spa itself was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Other than that everything was perfect!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights for my birthday and absolutely loved our stay. We were lucky enough to be given a room upgrade (to a Vila with a private pool) and cake and fizz to celebrate my birthday. The resort and our room were beautiful, modern and super clean. We loved the landscaping and all of the Mediterranean plants and trees. The two main pools were great but our favourite was the pool by the Olive restaurant. All of the staff that we met were super friendly and helpful. The food was good and there was so much choice for breakfast. We also loved the cats! We didn’t leave the hotel except for the Tsambika hike, so can’t comment on the surrounding area.
